Staff acts like they would rather not serve you. Did not greet us when we walked in and the guy making our ice cream had no gloves, ice cream from previous customers all over his hands, and looked like he had no clue what he was doing. Shook his head in anger as more customers came in. Go somewhere else. Not worth the $10 scoop of ice cream.

Don't recommend this place. Found a hair in my icecream and employees don't wear gloves. They messed up our order and had to repeat ourselves multiple times. I got a kids size but the cashier rung it up as a like-it size after telling him multiple times it was a kids size.
The ice cream was good the first time we came but the second time we found a hair in the ice cream. they don't wear gloves and they look mad that we ordered ice cream .one of employees kept touching her head and the continued make the ice cream and she put her hand on her mouth and didn't wash it. they come from the back using their phones and don't wash their hands and don't understand what your saying, you have to repeat it a couple times and they don't know what they are doing half the time. I ask for no Carmel and they put some in my ice cream.I don't recommend it.

Today we came here for incecream but they gave us ice-cream soup+ wrong order after waiting 15 minutes; stuff was working too slow and they are not trained how to great people they just at you as if you came to fight, you need to say hi May I have.... and then if he could hear you he don't say excuse me, He says: haa? The counter about credit cart machine is dirty and no one clean. I think it's better to use aprons.
