I didn’t like any ice creams here. They are so sweet, the waffles are not crispy. No flavors I really want to taste so far. I threw my butter pecan ice cream away, felt like eating a sugar piece.

I love Coldstone, and usually it always hits the spot!!! But this location sadly did not. We came on a Saturday evening and I got a like it cookie dough ice cream with Reese's pb cups mixed in (my go to fav creation!!!). The flavor was 5/5, great and tasted like it always does. But as soon as the gal handed me the ice cream, it was literally melting out of the cup and all over my hand. It was awful. More like soup than ice cream. The store itself also just wasn't very clean (the bathroom was literally out of soap, but they still let people use it.), so I won't be devastated if we never come back to this location.

Came in on an afternoon and nobody was there. I soon found out why. They had almost nothing and were even out of bananas. You’re going into a weekend and don’t have any bananas? You’re a freaking ice cream store. Hire some competent management please.

It's a nightmare. Just read their reviews and thank yourself for not coming here....ever.
Walked in at 8 to get some ice cream for my wife. Employee working behind the counter tells me they're closed even though the Open light is on, the door sign says they close at 9, and every online link says they close at 9. I'll mention a group of his friends were hanging out in the lobby with him. If your employees don't want to work then how will your business make money?

Avoid this location if you can. I def wouldn’t order from here again. My online order was messed up. I asked and paid for double of an ingredient that was just left out. And they did an investigation as if I would lie about it. This isn’t Dairy Queen, but I feel like the customer service there would even be better. Don’t waste your time or money. It’s too expensive for them to be messing up orders and not correcting it. Management there is garbage.
