My kids had a good time. It feels that every time I go to Dave and Buster’s nothing has changed, the same games, same equipment, my kids run out of money after 3 or 4 games. I as an adult have almost nothing interesting to do there. 5 stars because my kids always have some fun.

Disappointed in how the customer service was at the Bar. Forgot to put in an order for my friends food and then proceeded to make it feel like it was our fault it wasn’t ordered. When we notified the food runner we were missing food there was no audible response or action taken ? I’ve order and finished a 14oz ribeye and my friend has yet to be served

The hostess named "Tae" was rude and very uninviting. She doesn't even say hello. For her to be a young girl and act like that is sad. We waited 45 mins for our table when there were available tables. She sat us at a table next to a birthday party. Then she just placed the silverware and menus on a dirty table and walked away. I refuse to eat here if she's the hostess.

Did not enjoy the experience. Took our team their for a team building event and though the server was nice..the experience was lack luster and for 1500.00 I'd think they would prep better and provide a better overall experience.

Very fun place for the family. Short wait to get a table. Long wait to get our food. Waitress was not very attentive. Food was great once we got it.

Just left on April 20th around 7:10pm. The worst service ever. We saw her two times maybe once to take our order once to bring drinks. Kid and wife left to go play games as I waited 20 minutes for server to bring check. Other services passing by, manager in nice button up red shirt never once walked around to check. I could have walked out and no one would have even noticed. Not even really that busy to be honest, lots of dirty tables sitting though.

It was an amazing experience but it was hard for my grandma who is in a wheelchair to use some of the games. there was only one bathroom in the entire building. in my opinion it should have one more closer to the entrance to give people easier access to a bathroom instead of rolling/walking really far to use it.Wheelchair accessibility: It was accessible but some things were hard for my grandma to use

D&B's is my fav place wherever we travel but this one seems to struggle on the service front. Our server took our order and did not return until we requested the check from someone else. The chicken for our Voodoo pasta was super dry. There were also a couple of games not working including the zombie game that wasn't showing the pucks once the sunk. Lastly, the winners circle was disappointing. So much out of stock. I sincerely hope D&B's gets it together!
