We just moved to NC and not sure which Dunkin we went to but it was close to Southern Pines. I can’t remember the last time I went to a Dunkin Donuts but it’s been decades. It sure wasn’t the same as back in the day for me and I won’t be back except for their coffee. The quality & selection was not there.

I don’t know what it is that makes it so, whether it be an excellent hiring process, great training, or a good working environment, but there is something extraordinary about this dunks location. I have been a customer of this location for years and the staff is always amazing. The food is always made right and fresh but even if it wasn’t I would eat whatever they delivered with a smile because of the way I am treated each time I stop by. Every person that I encounter at this location is so genuinely kind to me. This store stands apart from other Dunkin’ locations (or really any customer oriented establishment of the like) in terms of customer engagement.

This store sucks. I spend 10 minutes trying to make a stupid mobile order and guess what I clicked the order button twice. The person working at the drive through said since we ordered a same thing twice she would let us pick the other order next time. I came in this morning to pick up my order and guess what, we got denied. We had to pay for the same things and waste 15 dollars in this stupid place. NEVER COME HEREI always get a bacon egg and cheese croissant. The egg was falling off! It wasn't even in the croissant. The cheese wasn't even melted either. It looked like those slices American cheeses you get at a supermarket. The bacon was also just in the center.

We live right by this Dunkin' Donuts! They have a really expensive menu and there's a Baskin-Robbins also on site. Great donuts and coffee. There's lots of indoor and outdoor seating.

This place is awesome. They sell Day old tasting doughnuts right off the shelf. You ever have the thought "I really am in the mood for a day old doughnut but I would have to buy them and then let them sit fora day". No more, just buy them here and they already taste like they are Day old - no waiting.
