We ordered 3 subs for takeout a few weeks ago. When we went to eat them, they were inedible. The buns were soaked with water and mushy. So disgusting! What is more disappointing however is that my husband has called the customer service number 5 times and each time they say that the owner will contact us within 2 days. Each time, we never get any call. It was escalated to corporate last week and still no call. Don’t bother wasting your money there. Mistakes happen. Maybe it was a new employee but at least compensate your loyal customers for it. We’ve been going there for years but never again!

12/9/2023 Stopped in the young man with stitches in his finger didn't understand my order for the tenth time. Instead of charging me for a kids meal for my son he wanted to give me a medium. I asked him again for the tenth time charge me whatever it cost for a meatball, pepperoni sub for a kid. Then they burnt my sub and I took pictures and demanded for them to remake it without spit as I watched the entire process! Weird

I was a 1st time customer to Firehouse Subs and mentioned it to the cashier. I was unaware that the sandwich I ordered would be heated. When I noticed it, I mentioned that. The manager on duty said they could fix it. The young lady that was preparing it was visibly displeased. The manager then went over to the young lady and whispered into her ear. They both laughed, and the young lady looked up at me. I was immediately offended and unsure if my food would be made with extra "ingredients". So I asked for my money back and left the establishment.
