Karla the waitress is amazing everything I visit from Washington DC. Food comes out quick and foremost part the food is pretty good. The staff is fantasticVegetarian options: Limited on vegan items
Delicious pancake and bacon. Lots of other options, too. Wait service was great. Coffee at $3.79 + tax & tip deserves a mention. Try a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice for less!Nice mix of age and gender. A comfortable space, very near two Marriott branded hotels.

What a great spot for breakfast. The menu is fantastic, the food quality is fantastic, the staff is fantastic. I’m amazed that this is a corporate restaurant. It feels very owner operated. The high quality earth friendly disposable straws, cups etc shows their commitment to the environment. I will look for First Watch in every city I visit. Keep up the great work Cary, NC location.
