The place ambience was really nice. I got my food really quick and they really put a lot of fries in the bag which is very nice. Me and my friend got 1 fry to share and it was enough for all of us. The food was also really good and the employees were nice and delivered our food really quick. I would definitely go here again as it a is really good spot that is worth the price and also has quick service. My favorite part is the free peanuts they have which you can snack on while you wait. Hope you get a chance to try it too.

20 minute wait, meat was only on half the burger, other half just bread lettuce tomato, missed toppings in order. They gave our fries to another order then gave us cold burgers. Don't tip! It means nothing!Only saving grace was the fries tasted decent. But not worth a 20 minute wait!

Came in at 8:45pm and they were completely out of MEAT. The cashier said it would take just a little bit of time before they got more, and after waiting a while, we asked him a few times how long it would take to get more meat and they kept saying, “idk.” With no regard. Left without anything. Ridiculous and disappointing.

I waited an hour for a burger here on a Friday. The staff was doing as best as they could, but they would have benefitted from and additional two workers.Parking: It's in a shopping center with a lot of other places to go or eat so parking is difficult.

Burger sizes are insanely smaller than the used to be, and the fry quantity is smaller as well. Prices are crazy for what you get.. topping amounts weren’t plentiful either. Service was friendly and atmosphere was fine other than the staff’s commotion.

I’m puzzled on why their burgers can cost up to $12 just the bacon cheeseburger. You can go to a high end restaurant and get a $12 burger that includes fries with the price. Their burgers are about the same as Burger King but Burger King tastes better and is cheaper.. On top of that I order a bacon cheeseburger online and didn’t receive the bacon which is clearly needed to give the burger any type of flavor but the employees made a mistake and missed the word bacon on the order.. how convenient?

This was the dirtiest five guys I've been to!! What a mess! Bunch of young kids, not friendly, lazy & order was not correct! Un friendly & when we asked if they would refill ketchup the first kid said it's not my job. 2nd person just took dispenser away & said he would fill later..REALLY? get a life and treat humans better. Do better!
You might have to wait 5-10 for your order but man does this place satisfy a real burger craving.

Love five Guys. Went to Parkside common restaurant. Food was great. Staff was fast and very friendly. Place was busy, but food came out fast and hot. Shout out to the girl with the red hair. She went above and beyond her duties.

I visited Five Guys today and the employees energy was wonderful. Everyone was happy. You just do not see this anymore. It made my heart happy. It was a true team working together. Normally I do not review places but to whoever was working on 12/12 around 12:30pm, let me just tell you that you all were awesome!
