Chef John and Natasha were top tier! Professionalism runs through this business, not only with their incredibly delicious food but with their service, responsiveness, set-up, and amazing crew. We decided to go with a couple of hors d’oeuvres along with the the taco bar and it was flavorful and presented beautifully! We had a bit of a tricky situation since both my now-husband and I are vegan but had plenty of meat-eating guests. We wanted southern comfort meets fine dining with vegan options that even the most carnivorous guest couldn't resist, and Fords developed a completely unique menu item of TOFU CHICK'N AND WAFFLES!!! which is my favorite dish and they let us modify an existing package to do exactly what we wanted.
