As I stand out here drinking my milkshake I am watching the employees and I am baffled to know why it is that nobody has a hairnet on nobody has any kind of sanitary gloves on three of the employees have very long hair and the inside of this place looks really disgusting and not clean in any

Their ice cream is yummy but the service was poor. The person taking the order didn’t even know anything about the ice cream and was unable to answer my questions about my order. The other staff were talking to each other about personal instead of completing the order. Not pleased with their customer

I grew up in Wisconsin (Mecca of custard). The quality here was “ok to good”, but the portions are tiny for the price. They had three cups displayed and I selected a single…and the cup they gave me was about 1/2 the size of the smallest cup displayed. I won’t be back…Culver’s isn’t that far away and more reasonably priced.

I enjoy going here with my partner and/or my daughter. We all love Goodberrys and this location is great! The staff was kind and patient as we decided what to order. We went on one of the colder days so it wasn't too busy either.
