fairly quiet inside, no sit-downs besides us. Gluten free is available, and usually I have no problem at all. I say allergy (Celiac) and they always change gloves, clean machines, new knife, etc. Yesterday, I had to remind them. But typically, every Jersey Mike's is well-versed in allergen practices. offering a gluten free sub bread changes the game for me!!!!!?Also, has great Vegetarian option(can sub out no cheese for vegan).

The place was a little dirty and the girl who made our food was a bit surly, but the food was pretty good.

Crowded. Staff was polite but slow to prepare sandwich. Maybe training new people? ?‍♂️ At any rate, it took longer than expected to get my sandwich. Some of the tables appeared to need cleaning. Possibly understaffed location.

Food is fine but the service is usually very slow. There isn’t much direction in regards to how the process works. There are usually groups of people standing randomly in the lobby and it’s hard to know what’s going on.

I ordered a regular Turkey and Provolone and I asked for extra meat and the worker charged me twice for it (total of $4 when it should have been $2), Then the other worker proceeded to take the extra turkey they charged me for to make their own sandwich, the second worker even said, “so you’re making your own? And they giggled together. My regular #7 somehow ended up being over $14 instead of the usual $9 and change. Very unprofessional and unethical workers at this location. Make sure to monitor what they do and check your bill. I didn’t realize this scam until hours later. Will not return.

Wasn’t prepared for DoorDash promotion, probably due to lack of communication. Took 3 hours for them to say they’re canceling my order. Sucked.

Went to this location around 1250 pm on a Wednesday. I saw 4 employees working behind the counter. I ordered two "hot" subs - 1st mistake. I watched numerous customers walk in and order cold subs which were made in a timely manner. Several others including myself were waiting on the "Hot" subs. It took 35+ minutes to get one of the two subs I ordered. The other had been overlooked during preparation. It took another 5 minutes to get the order complete. All the while I couldn't tell who was in charge or who I could address my concerns. No one even made an attempt to acknowledge the long wait time or to reassure the order was going to be prepared. There was no need to complain to the employees for I believe it goes back to management and the culture of quality service having priority. Probably my last visit to this location which is sad because it is a convenient location.

Service was barely acceptable. Everyone had a rude attitude. Sub was delivered Mikes away and the bread was very soggy. Upon entry the person cooking told me to talk to the slicer person. Slicer person old me to stop telling him what I wanted, and to tell the next person. The next person was the customized. She way overdid the oil and vinegar. I asked if it could be cut in fourths. The slicer, customized, and cashier all looked at me blankly. From behind them, out came a manager who sliced them up. Not going back to that location.

4/19/2023 approx 5:25 pm Walked in for second day in a row and politely waited in line behind 3 customers that were there prior to me; One woman, two men, all clearly not together. There were 5 employees in uniform in the store, one on the grill, 2 that walked behind the counter, and another 2 already behind the counter going to the back. One was on the slicing machine and taking orders, another was to that employee's right, and another on the register. They had all passed by me while I was in line or made eye contact with exception of the black employee who was facing away because he was cooking on the grill. After approximately 5 to 6 minutes of standing inside, off to the right but adjacent to the center counter between the two plexiglass protectors on each side, positioned so I would not crowd the other patrons whom entered prior to me but NOT standing more than three feet from the 3rd person in line, a 5th customer came in and was technically behind me. The employee on the cutting machine took the third person's order that was in line, and after cutting their meat and placing it on the bread, passed it down their line and then skipped over me and asked the gentleman that had just walked in the door less than a minute prior for their order. After he verbally communicated his order, I verbally stated that he was behind me, loud enough for the employee on the cutting machine to hear me as well. The employee still did not acknowledge me, or even give the basic common decency to simply apologize, ask me for my order, and then take it and move my sandwich into the que for 4th in line based on the order of patrons as they entered the store.A couple of things to note: Is it policy at this location for the employees to let the customers hash out things like that instead of running the business in a respectful and organized way where when they recognize they skipped over a paying customer, correct the mistake and not give customers a reason to take matters into their own hand?Do you think that is the best way to diffuse a situation like that? The customer that came in several minutes behind myself and the remaining 3 patrons stated that "I wasn't standing in the correct line at the correct counter". Well, ignoring the fact that the guy who stated that knows he came in behind myself and 4 other customers and with the knowledge that there are no visible lines on the floor or signs stating "please stand here beside this counter at this time", the employee had an opportunity to recognize me after that customers rudeness and decided to continue to not recognize me.I will also note that the young woman with a pony tail who is an employee and was departing the location and finished with her shift at the same time, said hello to me and recognized me from my visit the day prior when I came in at almost the exact same time and ordered a Giant Turkey on whole wheat, add bacon, Mike's way with no tomatoes. She and I had a pleasant conversation while her male coworker prepped my $22 dollar sandwich and then checked me out at the register, sharing with me that my next visit I had enough points to get a regular sub for free.If you reach out to her she can verify the visit and I know she will recall it because I shared with her about moving to an adjacent town this upcoming weekend, not wanting to cook anything which is why I was visiting everyday this week after work for dinner, and she shared that she had recently moved to Apex.Needless to say, I left the store without placing an order and without punishing the rude middle-aged nit with a suit on that made the comment about where the imaginary waiting line is located.I do not have high expectations for take-out food and I generally frequent Jersey Mikes at this location and another in Cary around 5 to 7 times per month. Once I hear a response to the experience I had at this particular location from the management team at this location, I will determine whether or not to continue giving my business to this location and whether to update this very leng
