We eat here about every Tuesday with our grandkids after swim lessons. We call in our order before arriving and we have never had a bad meal, bad order or bad service. The young man taking orders is always super nice to us and our grandkids. Love this place!

Love their Vito UNWICH, Salt & Vinegar Jimmy chips, and the Chocolate Chunk Cookie. It makes a mostly healthy meal as their chips are low fat, although the cookie makes up for it. It's worth an occasional splurge, just for the cookie!

Restaurant was clean nice ambience. No hot sandwich's only cold cuts. Ordered the little John roast and ceaser wrap comboBoth sandwiches were fresh, the ceaser wrap was of a good portion.The little John was a small piece of meat on tiny roll they charged me 9 bucks with chips and a fountain drink. Seriously, this wasn't even worth 5 bucks. Felt ripped offWish this had value for the cost... Jimmy John's don't go down the Subway route with these skimpy portions

Our favorite sub shop! Always good food and fresh and ready for pick up when we arrive! Our only complaint is that many times they have added cheese to our son's sub even though we request no cheese because he has a dairy allergy. So now we have to check his sub every time before we leave the shop and we can't do delivery because we question if his order will be correct.Vegetarian options: They have a great Veggie sub with their own special sauce that is full of flavor and very satisfying.

Had placed a catering order for pickup. Man working register helped customer in front of me, then completely ignored me and walked to the back. No apology or greeting, seemed annoyed that i didn't know my order was in the back on a shelf. We're supposed to get napkins ourselves from behind the counter now? Very disappointed in customer service here, used to be great before 2020.
Sadly, I was shocked how this place is very bad customer service. I bought my friend what he wanted an my self a small sub.. There was nothing inside the roll but a thin slice of deli meat. Very empty all roll nothing inside. My friends sub was also nothing hardly in it. I never in my life seen a place so cheap. They definitely skimp on their subs . You will get a roll an that is it. Worse ever . I don't recommend this place unless you want just an empty roll an your on a diet.. sorry but this the truth ..

This Jimmy John's is right next to my work so it's very convenient. Any time I go in it's freak fast as advertised. The place is clean and I always get good customer service as well! I always go for the veggie sandwich, and there ingredients are always pretty fresh. I have ordered here for my co workers, and it's always ready at the time requested. Definitely get the app for points!
