I really enjoyed dinner here! I got here at about 5:10 and within an hour they were busy. The customer service was amazing! And the food was too. Literally the best katsudon I’ve had in NC! Will definitely be back to have dinner again soon!

Finally had the time to dine in here. We’ve been getting to go poke bowls for a while. Tried some new dishes and no surprise their other dishes were delicious. Great environment, great food. Really enjoyed getting to sit down and dine there.

The edamame, pork gyoza, and miso soup were delicious. The Oyako Don was good, but lacked flavor. I kept having to put soy sauce in the bowl. I feel like the chicken would be better if breaded in panko. The waiters are very kind, but service is slow. I understand that it takes time to cook the meals, but the waiters were slightly forgetful.

This is an authentic gem in the greater Cary food scene. Makes the trip to Crossroads worth while. Many unique menu items, especially good for sharing a selection of appetizers. Good Sake selection too.

Really enjoyed my lunch here before a movie which is close by. The katsu don bowl was one of the best I have had in the area. I wasn’t a fan of the ginger dressing but the miso soup was delicious. Sushi was made expertly at the bar and was also delicious.

We went to several Japanese sushi restaurants in North Carolina, and unfortunately this one was the worst. The ratings online were correct. For the same amount of money we got very little food and poor quality. Other sushi restaurants provide soup and vegetable salad, but this restaurant has to buy them separately, and there are very few salmon fillets. I will never let them make money from me again.

Ordered two sushi rolls from here to go and they were the best sushi I have had in a long time. It was fresh and filling. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back again.

The prices are to expensive for the quality served. Very disappointed with our Sushi and Sashimi dinner.Came out here based on the stellar reviews. Service was ok, but did take a while. The server was great and she was attentive. The food took a while to come out. We had an appetizer which was not stellar “broiled” squid, but it seemed to have just been boiled and sauce poured over with gyoza.I ordered 2 Sushi and Sashimi dinners that cost quite a bit. When the meal came out, it only included 4 nigiri and 8 “thin” slices of sashimi. Sure it came with soup, salad and a bowl of rice, but for the type of fish they served the price does not match what they served. Oh and they give you a California roll which we all know is just a cheap filler. This spot is very expensive for what they serve, this is a takeout place at most and demand high prices for cheap cuts of sushi. Will not be coming back and continue our search for “our sushi spot”.
