Went to thru the drive-thru yesterday and they told me to park they already had 4 others cars park after 20 minutes i went on to see if my food was coming out waited at the counter for five minutes without anyone even coming to the front they was talking and laughing with each other finally when they came they laugh and said we give your order to another car took another 5 minutes to get my order i never had service like this here before i won't be back to this one.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I was in line and i ordered 2 meals , when i got to the window the girl checked my bag 3 times and she was super nice so i was nice back and told her the wait was okay and i understood. i get home and a whole meal is missing which is obviously annoying so i call to let them know and they tell me on the phone “stop calling go play with your mom or we will call the police “ literaly what?? what kinda customer service is that. I go back to see if i could get my nuggets and i tell them what happened and they kinda just walked away and im guessing i was talking to the manager like she said she was and she seemed annoyed from the start which was not professional at all, we counting telling her about what was said to us on the phone but she just brushed it off and didn’t care. we started to ask who said it and she said it was just a “child” and she acted like we were threatening the child which we weren’t onvisouly and the other person i was with was also a minor and we both work in the service industry so we understand how it is we weren’t just being ignorant this “manager” then starts arguing and getting loud with us bc we tell them about the phone call. so unprofessional so bad. i will be going to corporate.

I personally prefer this McDonalds even though it is about 6.5 miles from my house. Only giving 3 stars since employee friendliness is a hit or miss but more often than not employees greet me except on rare occasions which I try to let slide since it is fast food.

possibly the worst experience i’ve ever had at a mcdonald’s-pulled forward for a single biscuit and waited for 11 ish minutes for it despite having one other person in the line-other gentleman that was in line also got pulled forward for a drink (who also waited as long as i did)-at least 3 people that came afterwards received their food almost immediately-biscuit wasn’t even the correct one once i opened it-staff had little to no care during interactions

This place has turned into trash. Wrong orders, high turnover, and rude employees. And I have been a customer there for nearly 20 years. They even allow small dogs with people who clearly are not disabled under the qualification of service dogs. Well you are allowing one disabled person with a small dog who is neither blind nor deaf and that small dog is not really a service dog but you don't care for about 4-5 other clients who may have allergies to pets. If you want to accommodate people with disabilities create outdoor seating. You are discriminating others who may have medical issues and cannot be near pets especially where they eat. It's neither hygienic nor acceptable. My son has a disability too if you are going based on emotions and delays and he would like to bring a baby elephant, would that be acceptable to you? It's ridiculous! I go there almost everyday. No more. I will use the one on Maynard Rd. instead.
