I’ve never been charged $0.38 for an extra syrup for my hotcakes from any other McDonald’s. This Cary location I will not be returning to if they are going to be that cheap and stingy with its condiments and the lady at the front was very rude about it as well.

Service/ food has went down! I let a few times slide ..now I will write a review and call in. Happy meal for a toddler not warm but hard and cold. Fried was halfway cooked . I called and talked to a manager she hardly care and of course,she asks would you want another happy meal ! I declined! I don't want anything else from this

Lot of employee and management drama in this McDonalds which is why I rated it 2 stars but not nearly as bad as some McDonalds since food options are okay but nothing more than 2 stars here. There really needs to be major improvements at this McDonalds since employees usually don't speak to you.

The food was horrible. The service was not great. The bathroom was clean but lacked soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom. I would not recommend people to go to this McDonalds if you are looking for good service and friendliness.

Food was cold,, missing requested sauses and ketchup, the advertised Happy Meals weren't given out (they said they had a bag of a bunch of random ones) and they didn't give an Under 3 toy when requested for a toddler.

I think the management at this McDonald’s could do to learn the saying, “A lazy man works harder.”The “manager” Rosa needs a serious reality check. You aren’t even the GM lady, humble yourself. Sorry you are so miserable that the only way you feel in control of your own life is by lashing out at the customers and your fellow employees. I say “fellow employees” because they are not beneath you, though you seem to believe they are.Not that Rosa will be able to understand any of this, unless someone translates it all into Spanish.The actual GM is just as rude and unprofessional, I have witnessed her yell at customers she deems to have attitude and then choose not to deal with them.To top it all off, the supervisor is a total creep and goes through employees phones. I encourage anyone that reads this to reach out to the McDonald’s service center and report this location to their corporate HR.Consider this: if this is how management openly behaves in front of customers, imagine what’s happening behind closed doors.

Me and my friends were waiting out side of McDonald’s (not doing anything but talking) for our parents to pick us up then a guy who I’m assuming is the manger (because he was not in a McDonald’s uniform) came outside and came up to us asking if we were buying food we said no and he said, then y’all can’t be waiting in the parking lot we said but our parents are picking us up here and he said not my fault go wait some where else and he told us to leave in a rude manner. Don’t come here.

Lady at register would not listen to you or talk. She just ignored you. When an order would come up she would just hold the bag up with the number showing, so others were complaining. If you didn't use the Kiosk, you were screwed because you couldn't get any help. This was 02/05 around 12:15. The tables were dirty. The food was cold and the fries rubbery. You definately need some qualified help there.

If I could give less stars I would! The sanitary is disgusting. They touched their pants, zippers, and then touch the food!! I even watched one come out the bathroom and not wash their hands and go straight back into the kitchen!
