If I could give it a -5 star I would. The food was horrible at 7 PM. The customer service was awful. The employees got my food wrong and then told me I would have to come back tomorrow for a refund and I don’t stay in the area. my fries were soggy with grease. My fish sandwich was hard and the cheese she was hard on hard bread. I was shocked at the service of this McDonald’s especially where it is located. Check your bag before you pull off.

McDonald's has enjoyed a reputation of being a clean, clean restaurant with friendly service. Even though I've seen it down trending down with some of their restaurants lately, this one did not disappoint. The food was good. I got it quickly, the restaurant was clean and the staff was very professional.
Placed mobile pickup or for two drinks two fries. After 15 minutes of waiting and watching the drive through continue to clear went inside. Completely ignored standing there…then was told had to make lot of fries, fries take 4 minutes to cook.. really? Then got container half filled.

This location had the most unknowledgeable and unprofessional staff that the area. Every time I come here, my order is odd, wrong or just different from the last time thing I order the exact same thing every time. The young woman at the 1st window will get the order wrong and then argue about what you said which was mindblowing. It would be a great idea to record the interaction for quality purposes to teach new staff how not to interact and argue about what a customer ordered when she misheard the order as a recording would prove. The manager is not on the same page as the staff regarding pricing so it seems to deoend on who you talk to. Just all around unprofessional and incompetent.

Spent 20 minutes in the drive-thru for 2 sodas: 10 minutes waiting to order at the speaker and 10 minutes waiting on the single car in front of us. Only 1 person working at the window moving slowly, didn't seem to know what sequence the orders were in, despite there not being more than 1-2 people ahead of us when we ordered. We asked for a receipt and he tool another 2 minutes to look and came back to say "please pull forward, we have to fix the machine" to which we decided to forgo the receipt and leave.

"I visited McDonald's on a trip after picking up an expensive item for my children. My usual order at this McDonald's came up to be $15 more than usual, but that's not the main issue. I ordered a freshly dropped fish sandwich, but the only fresh thing about it was the lettuce. It was disgusting and the price was outrageous. Even the chicken nuggets were unappetizing. To add to that, when I went through the drive-thru, the lady said that my code didn't work after it turned green on my phone. I know it worked. Moreover, I didn't receive any reward points even after spending $52. I had to ask for my promotion code, which they gave me, but it didn't make up for the lack of service. I am disappointed."
