I come here all the time, never been a problem until I decided to do curbside service. Literally don’t do it. They forget all about their curbside customers. It was 3 cars waiting on curbside, 2 of us decided to walk in and get our own food since it was taking so long. We were waiting for about 10 minutes before I decided to walk it, when I walked in they hadn’t even started working on the order yet. I only got a plain burger and fries. No one was in the drive thru. If you decide to come here, whatever you do just don’t do curbside.

There were at least 4 workers and it took 20 minutes to give me my fries and they weren’t even fresh this location use to have 5 stars now it’s 3.4 and soon it’ll be at a 1 If the owner sees this clean house before your businesses is ruined your employees obviously don’t care

Okay average service but definitely be sure not to go during very busy rush times to avoid super long waits. Employee friendliness is a hit or miss depending on exactly whom you encounter but overall better service than a typical McDonalds. Definitely room for improvement on all employees being friendly and not just if they happen to be in a good mood.

Monday, Feb 26th, 2024. We, me and 4 other cars waited at curbside for our orders to come out while no other cars were in line at the driveup. When the orders came out to us, they were wrong. Back and forth we went. I finally got out and went inside out of frustration and voiced my concern. This McDonalds is bad and has been since Covid. Negative 1 rating would define it best. I suggest it should close permanently. There seems to be no management concern of the poor ratings and reviews.I will never go there again!

If you are in a hurry do not go to this McDonald’s! It consistently takes at least 10 minutes in their drive thru anytime after 6pm. Isn’t this supposed to be fast food? *writing this from the drive thru where it took 15 mins! I had no other choice.
Hours say open till 11. Come up to the drive thru at 10:30pm and the douche employee said they're closed. No customer service skills. I think they lie and say they're closed. Or they let the line back up and ignore the customers in the drive thru.

Renovated recently and very nice inside. Highest sanitation rating i have seen in any restaurant which surprised me. The food was particularly good. Only downside was a working parent had a kid watching a very loud video on a tablet and the acoustics in there let the sound carry so we had to sit next to the trash to get away.
