We know other Menchie locations and know that this one is not up to a standard one would expect. It’s dirty. Dirt, sticky floor, yogurt was not frozen at all and many of the flavors were missing. Really disappointing.

Store was a mess. Most cold toppings were gone but gross empty containers were still in the basin. Most of the frozen yogurts were “broken” or out.

1st time I tried just sorbet and no chocolate whatsoever....absolutely a Winner!!!! Will return over and over again...sorbet with strawberries and blueberries on the side-- please!!!

Great frozen yogurt, but closes way to early. A lot of families including mine, have a late dinner and want to go for some ice cream. But menchies is immediately ruled out because they are already closed.

Kids love to go to Menchie’s and every time I go atleast 50 -% of the machines don’t work. Today drove extra mile to take them to sweet frog and they enjoyed it .

This menchies was probably the worst location I've ever been to. 50% of the frozen yogurt flavors were missing and we came mid-day. The store was dirty, the staff didn't bother to help, and the add on flavors were ransacked/horrendous condition.
So for starters I do not like to rag on these small business on this app but when I first walked into the store all of the co workers were fooling around and did not attend to me and my family with respect secondly There was absolutely no variety when it comes to flavors over half of the machines were out of order and didn't even have chocolate or strawberry thirdly the floors were absolutely disgusting and lastly the person working the front cashier rang up our frozen yogurt completely wrong and ended up being cheaper than it should've been.

Our kids love the frozen yogurt and picking their own toppings. However, this location is extremely dirty and the tables and chairs are rusting. It's clear things aren't being maintained. The young lady who helped us at check out was pleasant. The store also doesn't offer ApplePay in 2023. This location needs a refresh.

Three machines were out of yogurt . Two of the flavors smelt bad and I’m pretty sure the flavor de leche was spoiled. After tasting I did inform the employee but they were not responsive much. The yogurt was watery too! Never visiting this place again!!!!!!

Yes! They have Dole whip!Menchie's has seating inside and out- we choose to sit in because it was cold outside, in the summer it would be great.When we went in the young man behind the counter told us how to get our ice Cream and that we could taste first if we wanted too and then get get toppings.(Charged by weight)I was not going to get any then noticed they have Dole Whip.Dole Whip is non-dairy pineapple ice cream- tastes like pineapple sea salt taffy.Delicious!I enjoyed it!
