Placed an order online and the guy upfront was beyond rude stating we never placed an order and raising his voice and hitting the screen. The food was in the back the whole time. The food is the good but the service is not. Go to another Mi Cancun location where they are actually nice.

This is the newest of three Mi Cancun's near us. The other two feel more established in terms of atmosphere. The food and service are just as good as the other two the only difference being that this one is noisy. Probably something to do with the layout or furnishings. Lunch is very popular with Mexican tradesmen which shows the food is well regarded. Worth a look.

We come here for lunch on Sundays, I can't say enough nice things about this place. The service is incredibly good, friendly and fast and attentive. The food rocks and is cheap. The decor and music are bright and happy. MI cancun is a bright spot on my weekend every time we come here, highly recommended!

We have now been to several of the Mi Cancun locations in this area multiple times, and everytime are blown away at the quality and quantity of the food, the speed at which it is served, how happy all their staff is, and even the quality if the drinks created and their presentation all for a super value compared to many Mexican restaurants in the zone. For fun, festive, and great food and service for the dollar, no one beats this chain. I commend the owners/management team for what they have created here and ask only that they keep doing what they are doing!
(THIS PLACE REFUSES REFUND AFTER PAYMENT!!!!!GO TO THE MORRISVILLE LOCATION, THEY ASSISTED ME,EVEN THOUGH HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH MY ISSUE.)My daughter and I went to this establishment to place a to-go order.During the process, the service was very unfriendly and rude, so immediately I decided to cancel my order and go somewhere else. The hostess left to ask for assistance and the manager Raphael stated that he could not issue a refund that the order had already been placed there was nothing that he could do, and that the system would not allow him to cancel to issue me a refund.So I looked to see if there was a sign that stated that all purchases are final and I asked Raphael why is there not a sign that stated that.No response to that only that there was nothing that he could do to assist me. Not only was he very rude but I had to wait for the food that I no longer wanted.
