I'm usually a big fan and a regular at your spot in Cary, but I've got to be honest about my latest experience - it was a bit of a letdown. Ordered a couple of pizzas for delivery, and one of them came with a sweet "with love" sticker on the box. Nice touch, right? Well, it was until I found myself fishing out hairs from my pizza. Yep, more than one. It turned my stomach, and not in a good way.I even made the trip back to your store to return the hairy surprise because, well, it was that off-putting. I mean, the sticker said "with love", but it felt more like "with extra toppings I didn't ask for".

Edit: Things have improved a lot now. Blaze continues (Holly Springs) to suck as usualI and family are a regular here and prefer over Blaze but lately they seem to be running out of toppings frequently. Can't enjoy a pizza when your favorite toppings are missing. Will probably move back to blaze.At least we get what we want.

Don’t order delivery. Ordered online through their website. The delivery then was actually DoorDash. It was delivered to the wrong address and the driver refused to come back. Spoke with the manager Noah B. at MOD. No apology at all and told me he couldn’t do anything bc it was third party delivery- again I ordered on the MOD website. He told me to come pick it up if I still wanted the pizza. I said it seemed strange that his solution would be for me to come get something I ordered for delivery when it was their mistake. He then offered a refund. I asked for a receipt or email confirming the refund and he said that’s impossible. I was shocked at how rude and nonchalant he was honestly. I guess I’ll wait 3 days for my money back but guessing how customer service is going these days I doubt it.

Service was fine but pizza overall was a disappointment. We had 2 pies and the cheesy bread. Cheesy bread has a very strong seasoning, like rosemary just too overpowering.

Store Manager Noah Blankenship was so spicy via phone and the the driver was incompetent. Driver delivered to the wrong address and blamed the app, even after receiving a screenshot proving he took the pizza to the wrong home. We called the store. Noah couldn't resolve it. The order was made online for delivery, Noah asked us to come pick up a second order. No thanks, refund me. Noah then promises we'll get refunded with no receipt. Could not send an email confirming a refund transaction and honestly didn't try to make us feel any better that we'd get it. I told him I'd need the receipt or I'd have to call corporate. He was grumpy and agreed. Noah, you tried it but I sure will, pal. Thanks for nothing.

I'll just order ahead coming in is miserable. I waited 15 minutes to even have someone take my order and I was the only person in the building. And the employee couldn't be bothered to put my order in the oven for an additional 10 minutes for whatever reason. Honestly I was in the verge of walking
2.5 stars. I placed an order online and this is what my pizza looked like. Idk if it's better if you go inside. I'd rather have Blaze tbh, pizza was mostly sauce...

So, this is 2nd time we have been to this location (336 Sembler Ln Suite 4001, Cary, NC), and the service is still Horrible! Not only that, but 2 out 3 employees are blk and literally ignored us, wouldn't even make eye contact. We stood 8ft from them, and they wouldn't wait on us. Talk about racist! 10 mins later, a blk customer walked in and they weren't even 2ft inside the door, and they greeted them from across the room out loud. Also don't go here unless you like to listen to loud rap music. The kind with bad language you wouldn't like your kids to hear.

Beware of this MOD. I bought a MOD 11" PIZZA and a fountain drink and was charged $35.25 I asked was the pizza $35? With no reply from the young man. I proceeded to ask the lady making my pizza how much the pizza and drink was and she said around $15 . I told the other cashier that I was over charged and he said "oh do you have your receipt?" I explained that I wasn't given one. He then gives me a refund with no explanation to why I was over charged and charged me the correct amount. BE CAUTIOUS when you are visiting this establishment.

Ordered just a regular cheese pizza and it tasted overwhelmingly like peanutbutter. My husband tried it and confirmed it tasted like straight peanut butter. Luckily neither of us have allergies but what is peanutbutter doing in a pizza shop? And why was there cross contamination?
