the dude in the man bun with no name tag was extremely rude and the food wasn't properly cooked and was half full. he also showed so much attitude and disrespect. i dont suggest coming to this location considering this extremely rude employee. i suggest he gets fired because i have never experienced this horrible customer service. i will be letting everyone know about my experience to stop people from encountering this employee because this is absolutely unacceptable. i felt unsafe and uncomfortable during my time at moes. even if the food was proper i would accept it, however, it was so disgusting i felt stomach pains and threw up afterwards. how can an employee be so rude and not even good at their own job? this has not only happened once, but on two seperate occasions. if it was just once i would have been ok with it but two times is absurd!!! this is an ongoing issue with moes, it either gets fixed immediately or moes will end. jai hind.

This location is good most of the time but they recently got new packaging for to go meals. It RUINS the food completely. It reeks of chemicals and then the hot food makes it worse. The food ends up tasting like whatever chemical coating is all over the containers. I tried to reach out for a solution since our entire family’s dinners were ruined but never heard back. Huge bummer, Moe’s was a staple for us.

The food here is honestly so good. I can also say that you get great value because the portion sizes are huge! Be sure to sign up for their rewards before ordering so you don't miss out on points.
Moe's has definitely improved it's food and service recently. Definitely better than Chipotle, but also more expensive than before.Vegetarian options: They have veggies and tofu you can put in your selections.

Good food, good employees, good salsa, and good diet cherry vanilla Dr Pepper!Only 2 minor complaints with this place:1) they short-change you on the chips - come on, just a little bit more please ?2) they tie the pick-up bags in a double knot. I know that's probably to make sure no one messes with your food, but anyone who's picked up a carry-out order before knows to check and make sure it's correct BEFORE leaving. A double-knot means you have to tear apart the bag to check it.

Came here on 9/22 around 8:35pm. The customer service was great! Both employees were friendly and helpful. Store very clean. Salsa bar was a plus. We drove about 50 mins to this location. Well worth it!!
