We came in for the first time about an hour before they closed and there was no wait time. The service was great and the waiter was very friendly. We got the spicy tower to start and three special rolls: crazy crunch, hurricane, and sweet Carolina. They were all really good. This has become my favorite sushi spot!

I ordered the Chef Kim's roll, the Crazy Crunch roll, the Dancing Eel roll, the Sreaming O roll, and the Himachi Mania roll.These were all great rolls. The one I liked the most were the Screaming O roll and the Chef Kim's Roll. The flavor was great and the fis was fresh. They don't serve bibimbap anymore as I have seen olnine good reviwes for this place. That's why we gave it a try. There is nothing special here. I'm not coming back.

Great place to get sushi and other Japanese and Korean food in Cary. The service was great. Our food came out quickly. It's a family run establishment and they are such wonderful people. For appetizer, we had the tempura mix - they were perfectly seasoned and crispy. Would order them again! We had the Ebi sake roll and Tonkatsu (panko breaded and deep fried pork cutlet) for dinner. The sushi roll was delicious. The pork cutlets were also well seasoned and fried to perfection. If you're looking to get sushi in Cary, I would highly recommend this place.

I went yesterday and I already want to go back. Best time to go is at 5 when they open. Everything was fresh and there wasn't a long wait. We went at 5 and there was a total of 4 tables of customers. Great environment, can't wait to go back.

Even after all this time, Oiso is still the best sushi place in Cary. Also, I just tried the tonkatsu for the first time today and it was the best I've had in the US, comparable to that in Osaka. It's awesome when a place keeps impressing over and over again!!

The sushi here is absolutely amazing! Everything we had was fantastic - you can't go wrong with any of it. And the price was quite reasonable so this place is definitely 10/10!

I'm not usually a fan of sushi, but my visit to Osio Sushi changed that perspective. The dishes I tried here were exceptionally delicious, high-quality, and clean. It was quite reassuring to see them prepared right before my eyes. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend it to others.
