Have never had a bad experience here until recently... seems like a change in staff for 2024. My sandwich was stone cold in random spots and the soda machines were flat and spat syrup. While I waited for my food I was leaning at a nearby table and a staff member began wiping it down acting like I wasnt even there. Go to a different location.

I recommend Panera sip club to anyone but not at this location. They routinely run out of self serve coffee around 8am. What are the odds that customers will come in for coffee at 8am?
Check your bag before leaving. My second time at this location and both times items were missing. I won’t be back.

Even more Shocking how poorly run this location is. Service is miserable. Coffee COLD, hot water COLD, no cold drinks at 630pm, they don't close for 3 hours. No creamer, ask an employee for some, it was a MAJOR inconvenience for them. Took 15 min. Crazy.

My go- to Panera and study spot! The workers are incredibly nice, especially the girl working drive through (I think her name is Laine)! My fav order is the half toasted frontega chicken and a small broccoli mac n cheese. Yum ?
