Ordered from Papa Johns (only 1 mile from my home), had estimated delivery provided. Tracker showed 2 minutes, driver passed my building went to another delivery. I called my Papa Johns and person said "it's the way their system works" but it's not. And they know it. Last order.

The guys in almost all the locations make good pizzas but they do not use nitrile gloves to handle the ingredients, which I consider is not suitable. Good pizzas should solve it, but that point must be fixed.

This is the worst location ever!! They sent me completely wrong pizza. When I called the store, I was told that they made a mistake and they will give me credit to order in future. I called back after one week to redeem that offer and they pass on line 5 times, very rude and of course, did not honor the offer and made it seem like I am trying to get something for free.Very disappointed with the way they Handled the whole situation.

The worst pizza ever. No unique taste, kind of bland, and empty. Where is the unique flavor? I will never order a Papa Hohns Pizza again.
Ordered online & used Apple Pay. Got a confirmation email but said they never received my order even though my card was charged. I asked how to resolve this and they said to call corporate, I asked for the corporate number and they told me to Google it.

Just a bad experience!!I called the store to order a pizza and I was told to call back and press a number to order on the phone. That wasn't the issue i.e. that I had to call back and go through the prompts but how it was how it was said to me. The guy that answered the phone was very nasty!!I should have taken this as a hint to NOT order from this location.I proceeded anyway.....................When I walked in the door, NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE WAS IN THE AIR i.e. I was not greeted and the guy that helped me was over doing something with the pizza pans and acted like he had an attitude because he had to come over to help me. When I approached the counter, I told him I had a pickup order.When I looked at the pizza, I should have just asked for my money back. There was hardly any sauce, cheese, or toppings on the pizza.People: you can tell a lot about the outcome of your food by the attitude that the person(s) working in the restaurant gives you or not (I learned this lesson the expensive way). I paid for Cheese Bread (actually an XL pizza) and I paid more than 2 times for a pizza that I could have gotten at a cheaper place, and it would have looked better, was made better, and tastes better.Once again, I decided to not call back to have them fix the pizza because now I feel like with the attitude given it would have beenmade even worse. I will not be returning to this place EVER!!!!Order from this location at your own risk.Never Again for me!!!

it literally took two hours to get pizza delivered. And it wasn’t even delivered, my aunt had to go pick it up after calling them and being told that the pizza was on the way even though it wasn’t. and I didn’t even get a refund, a discount or coupons. Will not be returning to this location.

I ordered a pizza for pickup from this location, and they were quick to prepare it. However, I was disappointed with the pizza I received because I had paid more for each of the three toppings I had chosen, and it appeared that they had used somewhat fewer toppings than other restaurants.

I ordered online for regular delivery (not the no contact) and received everything correctly. However, they didn't catch the request for WELL DONE. From experience, I always request small pizzas over cooked to ensure the dough under all the yummy toppings is cooked.They corrected the "oops" instantly and to above my satisfaction.Excellent service, thank you!
