Food was great but I was about to get money out of my pocket to get the driver ,but then he said fill out the receipt. I didn’t order so I couldn’t put down a tip. So as I was filling out the receipt he said you can put zero we just work for minimum wage. So I filled out and closed the door. Not the first time a delivery driver has done this. I’ve worked at Pizza Hut as a delivery driver and my personality got me tips. Papa John’s delivery drivers and door dash drivers don’t need to ask for tips.

Whenever I can't get good NY style pizza, my next stop is good ole Papa John's. This is my favorite location. I've ordered multiple times and every occasion, the pizza is exactly what I ordered and it gets to me quickly. I was surprised there were so many negative reviews, although after reading them, they were pretty weak reviews. Anyways, if you like Papa Johns. Then check them out.

Totally crap service, they have few inexperienced people running the shop. No respect for customers or for food. Made worst pizza ever had , almost uncooked, when asked to out back again made ip story that because they have cut it they cant put back. Charged for wrong amount all possible thing which can go wrong went wrong. I think whoever is incharge should hire atleast one person who know what he / she is doing. Never going back again.

I usually order pizza from this location as it is nearest to my home. But every time I order they make pizza with very less portion of toppings. Even after I made complaints about it, they do the same again and again. I am not recommending this store.
So let me make this long story short as possible I loved this papajohns location. I had a favorite delivery guy who has always been amazing to me and I understood mistakes happen. I ordered a pizza that came to me burnt. I was promised a remake and that was fine . The remake was delivered.... TO THE WRONG HOUSE!!! I reach back out Im promised a refund.. for two weeks it doesnt happen. I reach back out the refund still hasnt happened and every manager i talk to can do nothing for me except this one manager who only shows up when everyone is at work. This is a very frustrating experience and has made me lose faith in this location for customer service.

I ordered half and half vegetarian pizza last Friday. It was horrible. Almost felt it was spoilt. The pizza was slimy, not firm with no salt..it was disgusting. Will not come back here.
