Delivered order late and got a wrong order. We asked for no bacon and the order reciept shows minus bacon but we got pizza with bacon. All pizzas are dry and one of the pizzas half pie is disgusting. Pics are attached. I am customer for papa John’s for 10 years now, but decided to not order anymore from papa John’s after seeing their late service, disgusting food and no response from the branch sales employees or manager. We are helpless and can eat only one pizza for 8 people ( a slice each) remaining two pies are trashed. Bye bye papa John’s n never again.

We got a text that our order was ready for pickup. I’m still standing here an hour later waiting for them to actually finish the pizzas. Why send a text that my order is ready for pickup so I drive over to get it and have to wait another hour…? we shall see if this pizza ever gets made. This is one of several other times we have had issues and I’m not sure why I even keep coming back. Do not recommend this location.

I’m usually pretty lenient with the food I get, but I draw the line at “pay extra for toppings, only get half of what you ordered”. I ordered a pizza with no cheese, onions, black olives, jalapeño peppers, green peppers, mushrooms, and pineapple. There were no onions, jalapeño peppers, or pineapple on the pizza :(. This is not a $20 pizza, but I had to pay that much for it.Parking: Bike rack available

Just got pizza from here and it was perfectly done. The store was very crowded and their staff working very hard. They did a great job. It was worth the wait. The pizzas were delicious. The store is a little far from my place, I chose it by mistake but I think I will keep driving to this branch. The store was very clean.

I used to get good service from this store. The last three times have been RIDDLED with issues. The first time (August 2023) was a huge delivery miss. The delivery took over am hour and a half on a weekday, and then got here missing the drinks, sauces, and dessert. The manager was great and gave me a voucher for the future (have yet to use) . Great save by the manager on duty, named Robert. Then in September, they sent me breadsticks but no pizza. The delivery was much faster and the doordash person was nice. Again missing something but since I had some pap credits, I didn't feel the need to call in. That being said, this past one is by far the worst and most unacceptable. Last weekend I ordered a pizza, breadsticks, a drink, some sauces and a dessert. After almost 2 hours I called them asking why I have not gotten a call or update on where my food was. The guy said they were busy so they probably just didn't get my stuff out to the doordash driver before they canceled. First off, I can appreciate if they are a bit busy, but to not only know the delivery driver canceled but that they won't be getting my order to me over an hour prior and not even letting me know? The guy I talked to, maybe Michael but not sure on that as he mumbled it in the beginning, was very short and seemed like he just expected me to know they were too busy to order. The only thing he did was refund my order (took 4 days to come back to my account) and had a thinly veiled apology that more or less reinforced that they believe it's our faults as customers for buying too much. If the store is short staffed, then maybe close the store before causing even more bad publicity for the company.. it's a shame as I had enjoyed the food the one time I got my whole order (back in may). I would beware if you have this delivered, and would recommend picking up so at least you can verify it's all there!

On Friday October 13th, I placed a to go order online for pickup and it was scheduled to be done just after 7PM. I arrived at 7:15 and proceeded to wait until 8:15 for my order to be ready and continously told it was coming out the oven (but refused to actually look on the staging table to confirm). There were patrons and food delivery services all waiting and anywhere from 10 to 20 people at a time the hour I was there. After a while people started walking to the table where orders were being placed and started grabbing there food and walking out. A PJ delivery driver walked in and took control of the situation and got the whole situation organized and to come to realize my order was sitting there THE ENTIRE TIME! The incompetent employee that was originally helping everyone never even looked for my order. Shout out to the delivery driver (no name tag) for knowing how to take charge and control a situation, he needs a promotion and recognition for his efforts. Nearly everyone else in there needs to be fired because that situation was so ridiculous. Of course as you can guess, my food was completely cold after sitting out for an hour.

Oh, let me tell ya, that service was just terrible, I tell ya. I went and ordered a big ol' pepperoni pizza to pick up for my grandkids yesterday, and that young fella with the blonde hair and tattoos, he was just so darn passive-aggressive. Now, I could see they were busy as a beehive, so I tried to be as polite as I could be, but he up and rolled his eyes at me before I left! And would you believe it? The pizza, well, it was like a mountain of cheese, even though I made it clear as day I can't handle the lactose. And don't even get me started on the bottom, it was like charcoal! If I could, I'd give 'em zero stars, no doubt about it!

Never again!!!The crust was noticeably stale and lacked the freshness that I have come to associate with your brand. The toppings appeared lackluster and seemed to have lost their flavor due to what I can only assume was improper storage or handling.
