Was disappointed that the Hawaiian was cheese pizza with ham and pineapple thrown on it after it was cooked. Even still it was good pizza and fast.

I never write reviews but this was just an awful experience. I ordered delivery for a cheese pizza, soda, and slice of cheesecake. It was over $40. The delivery driver was kind of rude, didn’t think much of it until I opened the soda and it absolutely exploded everywhere. Not like it just rolled around in a car, it was so bad the driver had to have shaken it like crazy before knocking. Why?? Thought maybe he just had a bad day but then I pulled out multiple pieces of hair from the cheesecake. Pizza was pretty poor quality, ended up throwing it out because at this point I’m scared they’ve tampered with that too. Wish I didn’t tip ahead of time. There are a lot of other good pizza places around here, don’t bother trying this one

Not sure what happened to Primo. Staff has always been hit or miss, but the quality of the pizza has went downhill recently as well. Not sure what happened, because their pizza used to be awesome.A recommendation to the owner however, remodel your dining room a bit. Even when your pizza was good the dining room was one of the most depressing pizza shops I've ever been in.
