Very poor service. Had to get up and ask for both of my refills. Also, after waiting 20 minutes for my bill I had to get up and go ask for that. There was only 1 other group in the whole restaurant and all the staff was more concerned with hanging out by the bar than doing their jobs. Will not be returning to this dump.

My hibachi chicken was not good. The chicken was severely overcooked and the sauce was almost tasteless. So disappointed.

I ordered the vegetable stir-fry item. I wa disappointed that it had primarily onions and mushrooms. There were hardly no carrots, zucchini and some broccoli. I was also disappointed with the cost. My bill was approximately three dollars more the quote on the website. Normally very pleased with this item but not tonight.

First time at this Chinese restaurant. We had a group of 9. We were allowed to use their private room away from general patrons. Food was excellent as was the service. Prices are very reasonable. We will definitely return.

Usually Red Bowl hibachi chicken or steak is very good but tonight it had no seasoning. The chicken and steak were tasteless. We were surprised because it's usually very good.

DINER BEWARE - I ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken for dinner and only got 2 pineapple chunks and 2 tiny chunks of red bell pepper with chicken. I requested more of the pineapple and red bell pepper. I was told that the manager in Raleigh determines how many pineapple and bell pepper you get with the meal AND to request more would cost me $4 --- $2 for bell pepper and $2 for pineapple. I consider that price gouging, but the waitress said the Raleigh manager sets the price. So basically when you order Sweet & Sour chicken you get fried chicken with the sauce and a garnishment of bell pepper and pineapple. So ridiculous!!!!

Been coming here a good amount for years and stopped over the past year. Decided to give it 1 more try tonight.First off the food is very good. I love the bourbon chicken and my wife loves the chicken fried rice. I also love the sesame chicken. So food is very good. The problem is the service. Its abysmal. We were seated to the right of the bar as you come in tonight and for 10 minutes no one came to give us water, take our order, say hey, check if we were alive. This is a problem in the back room as well. Finally we ust gave up and left. Even in the dining room you literally have to beg someone to get you a refill. I think they do this on purpose to save money on drink refills. Even though they are charging 3 bucks for a drink. My wife says its because they have waitresses doing some tables in the main zone and then 1 table in the zone to the right. So they never come to check on you because its not in their normal route. Someone just needs to handle the whole section and not have multiple people each get a table in that section. It's a shame, the food is very good. I like to eat out as I work from home so like to get out. I would love to frequent this place but the service drives me up the wall. Do yourself a favor, just get the food as takeout. You'll be happier. If you must, must eat in, don't get seated in the backroom and for heaven's sake don't get sat in the room to the right of the bar area. You will get the worst service you've ever encountered in your life. And be prepared to speak up and speak to anyone who works there to get you refills.

I cannot comment on the atmosphere much.I had delivery and had the chicken fried rice, the wonton soup especially was amazing. I would recommend this establishment because they have been consistent throughout the two plus years i have been ordering them.

The food was delicious as always. I have been coming here for years but this time it took 45 minutes to get our food and a little kid in the group had to wait 15 extra minutes to get his chicken nuggets. They did offer to put the nuggets on the house which was nice but it was very slow. Hopefully next time is better!

The food was good. The service was good. The setting was pleasant. The big plus that I didn't even notice until after we left was that it was quiet. No loud music to make conversation difficult. We could talk quietly and had no intrusive noise. That is rare these days.
