Shinmai was a lot of fun! The atmosphere was really cute and the speed of food and service was excellent. Most importantly: the food was incredible and they were trying a lot of new things
EXCELLENT! The food is just creative, well prepared versions of the best Japanese comfort foods … good portions, well priced, with friendly efficient service. The Mochi Oyster I had (pictured) was one of my favorite dishes ever, and I’ve been to 22 countries. The space is small and festive. Will be back many times!
