Carol was very friendly and upbeat and a joy to talk to while she was making my smoothie. She recommended the Peanut Power and I loved it. I will be ordering it again.

I've never had any issues with this Smoothie King. I usually go with the Strawberry Activator or the Lean1 smoothies if I'm feeling adventurous. Despite having 40+ grams of protein, the smoothies taste good without the lingering 'protein taste' that other protein shakes have. They have a smoothie for everybody no matter what workout/dietary plan you are on.

Very rude. I came in tonight to pick up an order. I stood there for minutes before either of the 2 workers acknowledged me. One of them looked over at me. One kept talking to another customer. The customer even told her that I looked like I needed assistance. She didn’t care. The other one came from the back and picked up her phone to text. Finally the second girl reached in the freezer and pulled out my order that was ready the whole time. Raggedy customer service.

Went to go try one of their bowls. I asked to put protein as an add on. Manager gave a lame excuse and said it wasn’t allowed. How is charging me extra, placing protein in the mix while blending not allowed? Kinda lame.

from a former employee’s perspective, the management is highly underwhelming. i was never properly trained, therefore I wasn’t able to perform to the best of my ability. The owners have a disgusting attitude and the atmosphere is just negative. You have to walk on eggshells around them because they are miserable and very hard to please. my first two days there all I heard from coworkers were “don’t do this or she’ll get very upset” and “make sure not to do that or she’ll yell at you” over the smallest things. it’s very draining having to go into work everyday thinking “how can I not make this woman upset?”. hell, if you even breathe the wrong way all hell breaks loose! I would also work 7 hour shifts with no type of break in between. the pay rate is most definitely not worth the unnecessary stress. and trust me their turnover rate speaks for itself. there is absolutely nothing negative for them to say when it comes to me and my work ethic. i would do everything that they asked but somehow it just wouldn’t be enough. i consider myself a reserved individual so for this to be my first ever google review says a lot. my experience was just that bad. if im not speaking for all, i know that i am speaking for the majority of people that has been employed there. im not afraid to speak my mind especially when something is truly wrong. these people expect you to kiss the ground they walk on and best believe i’m not the one.

I've been here 3 times now, and I usually get the Strawberry Hulk. It's really tasty and well-balanced, and most importantly, tastes like strawberry. Today, I went and ordered the gladiator strawberry added esspresso and peanut butter, thinking it would taste similar, but it was bad. It had no strawberry flavor whatsoever. I went back in cause I genuinely thought they forgot to put strawberry in it."Hey I think yall forgot the strawberry in this""No you just can't taste it because of the extra stuff added"There is so much wrong with that statement. The conversation verbatim was so frustrating that I had to just walk away. Didn't ask for money back or anything. Drank half and threw it away cause I could tolerate it anymore. I'll continue my search of best smoothie spot in RTP.

The smoothies are great here, the 3 girls working on October 1st, 2022. Service was terrible, gave a lot of attitude and rushed the smoothie and otw out the lid wasn't on properly and the smoothie dropped. They took care of it but wasn't polite.

Never once have I ever visited a Smoothie King until last night. I ate lunch around 12p and it kept me full all night so I decided on a liquid dinner here, 2 doors down from Crumbl Cookies, my wife was having a craving for. I walked in to just one other person in line and decided to go over the menu. This may be the most overwhelming and confusing menu I've ever seen. Would you like a smoothie with energy boost, mental focus, vegan, fruity, salty...would you like extra whey and so on. I knew what I was craving and asked the young staff member what she could make based on my craving for vanilla, banana and PB. I ended up getting a 32 oz "Hulk" smoothie and it was fantastic!!! Honestly, it tasted better than a DQ milkshake and was probably a whole lot better for me. I consumed the smoothie in about 30 mins and felt full with a small burst of energy until about 9 pm. It was nice. I know this is a chain and many know the name, Smoothie King, but I had no idea they could be this good. My only recommendation? Simplify this menu please. I didn't know where to start and where to end and had it not been for the awesome young lady, guiding me through this ordering roller coaster, I may not have gotten what I was expecting. Aside from this...great stuff. SCORE: 4.4 STARS!!
Was just there today and first time. Don’t know the cashiers name but she was wonderful and I asked for a recommendation to change up the norm for me. It was perfect ?I was in and out quick too. Wonderful flavor.

The smoothie was perfect. Lots of flavor and not watered down with ice like some other smoothie places. Plus an added bonus: a knowledgeable staff that knows their menu. The person who helped me asked questions and guided me to a smoothie that I was extremely satisfied with. I will definitely be returning here when I'm in the area again.

God awful service. Saturday 9/18 @ noon short skinny white Girl bad attitude no customer service had no idea who I was what I ordered asked for my confirmation number and my phone 3 times then called a manager out who looked at my phone for the order # then walked over and it was sitting on the counter the entire time!!! 15 minutes to get a simple to go order that was waiting on the counter. Unsat!!!!
