So disappointed! My order was significantly delayed. Not only did it take too long to get the drink I ordered, but the staff had a terrible attitude.Please train your staff to improve in every aspect.

Place is becoming a dump. Filthy floors, SLLLOOOWWW service. And some weird guys working there. Also becoming the taxi driver hangout with all the filth that comes with that. Now a no-go.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It took 30 minutes to get 1 pike roast. They finally give it to me and it’s leaking everywhere. It took another 10 minutes for them to address while I sat in the drive thru. I will never return to this place ever again.

I came in for a cup of coffee with plant-based milk. There were no customers behind me, and there were about 5 customers inside with their orders. When I asked about the ingredients of the milks offered, the manager overheard, told me if my dairy allergies were severe enough to warrant an epi-pen, then I shouldn't be there. I was having THE WORST day before this interaction, and in my frustration, I just left. Had I been in a better state of mind, I would have explained that I have worked in the food industry for decades, I understand how allergies work (including cross contamination), that I just wanted to see the ingredients in the creamer (because I am also allergic to carageenan, which is in a lot of vegan foods, including creamers) - If the ingredients were a go for me, great, and if not, I would have just done without.Dietary restrictions: Offer a space for folks to see what ingredients are in your products, either online or in a book.

One of the worst Starbucks in Cary. The employees are rude and have attitudes when they make the drink wrong, which is all the time, they can’t get an order right!!!! I ordered a venti and the cup was half way full. I’ve always loved Starbucks but my experiences here have driven me to Dunkin across the street and they are 10x better. Don’t go, don’t waste your money

I love this Starbucks. Tom is often there early and the staff makes me smile! I'm grateful for the location. The only bummer is the parking lot! We need more space for our coffee loving community!

My mom picked us up some coffee from here today and she ordered two grande drinks. We open them up to find them no where near filled up. If it costs $6 per drink I’d really expect it to be filled to the top.

Morons work here! When you have to repeat your simple 2 drink order multiple times and they still get it wrong. And nothing crazy, just menu items. Dude in the drive thru with the long hair does not need to work there and really needs to learn how customer service skills. Oh and how to count money! Didn't even hand us our drinks. We had to reach out to grab them. Absolutely horrible is all I have to say!

I ordered a VENTI iced coffee from drive thru, when I get to the window I pay and the guy hands me a grande iced coffee. I told him it was supposed to be a Venti. He literally went and grabbed a venti cup poured the iced coffee from the other cup , put more ice and filled the rest with cream then handed me the venti iced coffee. I took a sip knowing it was just going to taste like cream with vanilla flavoring(which is exactly what it tasted like) so then I ask the guy if he can put some coffee and a couple of pumps of vanilla syrup in another cup so I can add to the drink I got, he was rolling his eyes and giving me an attitude like as if I did something wrong.
