Guy who was working today was extremely rude and disrespectful thought of getting meal combo by the time he started asking for order I could say his attitude was BAD been here quite a few times in past with great service but today this guy was rude unfortunately had to walk out after the sandwich was made feel sorry for the owner but that wasn’t why I chose this location hopefully they stay in business. Avoid this place if employees has such poor attitude. All he cared was moping the clean floor if no customer u don’t need to mop . Pretty nasty experience

We ordered 2 footlongs here on Oct 4th 2023 around 2:30PM. The person who made the sandwiches was very rude. He told he just mopped the place and asked us to have a seat. How are we supposed to order in a Subway by just sitting aside. Moreover the sandwiches were very dry with literally no dressing. Please stay away from this Subway. Such employees ruin the reputation of Subway. Please hire someone who can make good sandwiches and treat customers with respect.

Just came back from this Subway and needed to make a review regarding the customer service. Xavier attended us today and provided the best customer service I've ever felt at a Subway. His demeanor was professional but friendly and made my wife and I feel so welcome. Keep up the good work!

Service was poor and not friendly was ripped off of the amount of meat that was supposed to be on sub. Not only that but they also charged me for extra meat when my sub didn't even have the normal amount of meat. Cookies were also stale. However sub did taste pretty good. 07/05/23 @4:30P.M.

I placed an online order for two rotisserie chicken subs. No cheese on either sub, forgot to put avocado that I paid extra for on one of the subs, and also the chicken seems like their regular chicken and not the rotisserie style. Overall tastes good and was ready when I got to the store for pick up but disappointed that it came out wrong. My phone number is on the receipt they could have called if they were out of that chicken and cheese.

I ordered subs off the website, got a buffalo chicken sub with lettuce. In what universe is this lettuce? Sandwiches were ready according to the app, but were still being made. Wrong bread used as well. Asked for ranch on my sub, and that was left off as well. Will not come back.

This is the best subway place in North Carolina! They make best subway sandwiches, loaded with lots of tasty stuff. Guy that works there does take care of his customers, A+. I did have little complain and it was resolved instantly. Absolutely must stop there. My subway stop to go. #1
