Guy who took my order was very odd. I had told him I wanted a cravings box and he immediately told me to go to the next window, I had to ask what about my drink. Then they told me they don't have Gatorade fruit punch.. I had ordered one last week I get if they were out but lady said "we don't have that". Asked for diablo and hot sauce and the guy throws two packets in with my cravings box.. I'm not normally disappointed but the service was beyond poor and confusing tonight.Ordered a water... never even got it not worth going back for anyways but customers should be getting what they pay for regardless

Food was ok. I had to ask again at the window for my condiments and then they forgot to give me my drink had to request that too.Parking: Hardly anyone visits so always parking.
Foods is great. The cooks need to just take their time to ensure the orders are correct. I had to return my food because of the wrong food put together.
The Taco Bell that I went to was kind of conjoined with a KFC. It was a really nice atmosphere, but my friend had ordered something and they gave her a whole other thing (She’s vegetarian). Overall I would give this a 3 stars because just thinking about it now, I don’t think I would want to eat that again. It was good at the moment, but looking back at it now, I think I messed up. This was my first time going to a Taco Bell and I do recommend it if you like messy foods.Vegetarian options: There was not enough vegetarian options, there was like one or 2, I don’t really think that they thought that through.
Employees need to focus more on making sure items are made to order insted of throwing things together with no care. When I PAY for extra items on my meal the staff fails to make my meal to order. Seems like customer appreciation is not top of mind at this location.

Who ever was making the Soft Taco Supreme's today (11-1-23) at 1 PM needs to be given a raise. They were hardy, nice even mix, and finally rolled like they should be. It's about time that they addressed this issue. I just hope that individual stays on the line.

i went in at 10:50pm and they’re incredibly lazy so they tell me they’re closed when they definitely aren’t - it was last option after the concert i went to late at night and i wouldn’t normally come in right before closing but they need to close doors RIGHT at 11, not 10:50 as much as i know they want to (understandably), that’s not how it works
