Pretty authentic mexican food in this area. From someone who just moved from Southern California, my bar is pretty high, this absolutely hit the spot. The California burrito is by far the best in the area, highly recommend.

Hidden gem! I've been driving past this place since it opened because it's located in a gas station and didn't think it could be that good. I could not have been any more wrong. Easily the best Mexican I've had in the Fuquay / Holly Springs / Apex area. Tortas and quesadillas are excellent... especially the chorizo quesadilla. ALSO... it's cheaper than a large combo meal at most fast food places. Do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Let me tell you about a taco shop inside a gas station :) recommended by another foodie friend. Yes- located in a gas station, lots of lunch customers and a few to go orders. I love tortas and gorditas, ordered both and tacos. Shared my meal and I have to say the asada gordita was great. If you love tacos try the gorditas. Definitely a little closer to authentic Mexican food I have found in this area. The offer "Aguas frescas" which I didn't try since I'm trying to keep my New Years resolution however everyone around us were drinking them. A true hole in the wall.

I love the truck that sets up on Green Level in Apex. My favorite is the chicken burrito loaded with meat, beans, rice , cream and cilantro. The prices are great and service fast.
Outstanding Mexican food hidden away in a gas station! There's not even a sign as far as I can tell. We sampled a few things. The burrito with carne asada was so good. Some places overload them with rice but this had a wide variety of ingredients including veggies. We also had a sope with carnitas and a gordita with barbacoa. They both had a nice crunch on the outside. Everything was so well prepared and the meats were outstanding.The only down side was a lack of mask use. It was fairly crowded yet well under half of the customers had masks. Employees were wearing them but no one was enforcing it for customers. I'd have to think about that before going back.
