Pros: Beautiful, newly updated rooms. Very clean. Comfortable beds, nice location, lots of parking, friendly staff, free fresh water station in the lobby. Courtyard area with pool was gorgeous. Cons: courtyard balcony but no chairs to sit outside, shower diverter didn’t work and sprayed both bath water and overhead sprayer.

Rooms updated recently and quite clean - that was the highlight. Front desk service was spotty throughout our stay. At first they weren’t sure they could find our room, then they neglected to inform us there is no housekeeping until your 6th day with no variances. When we asked for a variance, they were firm there could be none for any reason. Finally a lot of noise from the highway even when on the backside of the hotel. Would not return.

This room was very spacious. AC was on heat when I arrived but easily remedied. Room was very comfortable with separate shower + WC / WHB. WiFI worked well. The breakfast let the experience down since the coffee was very poor. Would have appreciated the options were on the counter or on the tables (else it looked like McDonalds). Nice to have some food and drinking options nearby as well as a nice walk in the woods available.

Family was travelling back from FL it was a midway point stop. Check in was easy considering it was pouring rain and my two youngsters were ready for a nice comfortable bed. The hotel is nice, updated, clean room. Would definitely stay again.

It's a good place to go if you don't want to go out of the hotel. Its mainly quick bites or pre-made and reheated. The poor girl was way over worked as she was the only one back there. They had a Starbucks ish set up hich was good. I had a breakfast burrito an oj and a mocha and it was $25. Pretty expensive for that set

The Hotel Room was dirty, bread crumbs in the bed, hair in the sink, we were supposed to have double beds, it was a sofa-bed, there were no bedsheets available, when finally got them, they were filthy.. a total disappointment the Hotel… This hostal (because that’s what it looks like) Makes the name Marriott a shame to it’s founder. Think twice before staying here…

The hotel's staff is exceptionally friendly and professional, including check-in, the Starbuck's bistro in the lobby, even the cleaners. I had a room on the first floor that featured a private porch out back, in the actual courtyard, which was a great, unexpected surprise. The only negative thing I can think of is that you need to pay about $5 per day to get fast internet. The free internet is quite slow. So I paid the $5 for the high-speed so I could watch a movie.

This is a nice quiet place in a convenient location. The food is always reliable, the coffee is good, and the staff is super courteous. I like to have breakfast meetings here, and I wish they were open for lunch. Since it's also in the hotel lobby there are lots of tables, sofas, and sockets. Unusually comfortable and quiet. Not every neighborhood has a nice hotel around the corner, but ours does!

My family and I regularly stay at Marriott brand hotels. This location was clean and convenient however, we did not get what we paid for. There are 5 of us in our family and we were in the area for my daughter’s gymnastics competition. I purposely booked a room with two queen beds due to the size of our family. Upon check in, we were told that they only had rooms available with a single king bed and pull out couch. The pull out couch was extremely small and there literally was not enough room for my family to sleep on the king bed and pull out couch. We called down to the desk and we’re informed that the hotel didn’t have any cots. One of us slept on the hard floor and everyone had difficulty sleeping due to the lack of bed space. A good night’s rest was particularly important as my daughter had a gymnastics meet the next morning. I am really disappointed with our stay and I’m not sure Marriott will be our “go to” hotel chain anymore.

It’s sad but my husband and I have to choose another hotel for our twice monthly meetings in Apex. 1st strike: just because we qualify for the senior rate does not mean we need or want a room for people with disabilities. 2nd strike: someone else’s food left in the refrigerator and the fridge was not even plugged in. 3rd strike: I was greeted by a 2 1/2 inch live cockroach in the bathroom this morning. Then my husband tells me there was a dead one in the closet last time and he didn’t mention it because he thought it was just a fluke. After a discussion with the manger upon checkout, the only compensation offered was $25. Three strikes and we are out!

I enjoyed my weekend stay at the Courtyard. The staff were warm and friendly. All staff were wearing masks. That made me feel very comfortable. My room was quiet and clean. There were only two USB outlets in the room so plan to bring plugs with you. I was able to workout in a gym for the first time since March 2020. That was a real treat for me! I was the only one using the gym so I felt very safe. Thank you to staff for opening all of the doors of the gym for excellent air flow. I will note that the elliptical was wobbly but I understand not wanting to get it fixed right away to limit its use during the pandemic. I will note that there is no room safe. I would have appreciated a room safe for my valuables. Although the hallways and elevator seem to be dated, the rooms are updated as well as the lobby. I would be happy to stay here again.

Great place to stay while traveling for business as there are 5 restaurants easily walkable. A real treat to have such a choice of nice restaurants. I enjoyed trying several of them out ! Very clean and Covid aware.

This was our second stay at this location, we have family in the area. I had checked us in on line. When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Veronic at the front desk. She had our reservation and room keys ready for us and directed us to the room. The hotel is laid out in a way that makes accessing the rooms really easy. At Veronic's direction we drove around to the back of the building and entered with our key through a door that was very close to the room. The room, and the entire hotel, were spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious and very comfortable. And the bed was a dream! The cafe serves a very nice breakfast and really good coffee. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. A big shoutout to Veronic .
