I ordered 15 piece mild and lemon pepper wings online to take to a small gathering. The food was ready when I got there. There isn't any type of pleasantries from the staff here. One must get the food and go. I did not receive a welcome or have a nice day or anything. I retrieved my order and headed to my car. Something told me to open the bag and when I did the blue cheese looked as if it was poured inside the bag. Whoever prepared the order did not ensure the blue cheese lid was secure, otherwise, it wouldn't have spilled out. After going right back inside and showing them what happened no one had anything to say, no apology, and no helpfulness. I directed them by asking for another box, more dressing, and a new bag. Extremely poor service here! The wings were just okay, for this experience, I could've prepared them myself in my air fryer.

This place absolutely just ruined their name after tonight's meal. I ordered a 10 piece order with two flavors and was completely disappointed. They gave me half cut chicken tenders in half done sauce. They were absolutely bland and had no flavor. They took three tenders and cut them into two and only gave me six pieces ‍I've been to multiple Wingstops but this one really outdid themselves. Shouldn't blame the brand but the management that runs it.

I have had it with this location. They never get my order right. Don't bother ordering all drummettes (single bone wing segment) you will get more than 50% 2 bone wing segments (flats) every single time, no expectations. When I contacted the store their attempt at redemption was to instruct me to pack up my entire order and return it to the store where they would take another stab at getting it right . 7-4-20, 8:30 pm

Awful customer service. Last time we ordered; they shorted us by three brownies but still charged us — even AFTER we called and they assured us a refund for the mistake. Then tonight my 5-piece chicken wing meals had only 4 pieces each. Terrible service. Good food, but I recommend always checking your bag to make sure they didn’t short change you.

My wife and I ordered our food (while sitting in our car outside of the store) online, which stated that it would be ready in 18-23 minutes. After 25 minutes, we called the store to ask if the food was ready. The cashier said that it would be ready in 8-9 minutes. After 10 minutes, I went in to pickup our food. The guy behind the counter said that it would be ready in 9-10 minutes. I told him that I'm here because I was told 10 minutes ago that it would be ready in 8-9 minutes. I called my wife (who was in the car) and told her that I was the only one in the entire store wearing a mask. My wife (Registered Nurse) came in and cancelled the order. WE ARE IN A GLOBAL PANDEMIC! The manager came up and said, here is your order (MY FOOD WAS READY AND NO ONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME)! The manager (short, light brown African American female with curly hair and a VERY NASTY ATTITUDE) asked my wife why she was canceling the order. My wife explained our current social situation and told her that at least the people who are up front dealing with the public should have masks on. The visibly irritated manager said that IT IS NOT REQUIRED BY LAW. She also stated that she would refund our money back on the card. When my wife asked for a receipt, the clearly perturbed manager asked her employee to print a receipt. She said "Have a good night" and stormed off to the back. My wife then asked to speak with the manager to get her to annotate "refunded" with her signature on the back of receipt for her records. We heard the manager say to her employee, "I'm busy, I don't have time". The employee returned with the receipt which had a scribble mark on the top front (her signature???). There were four people cooking and two on the register, and NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK OR GLOVES IN THIS GLOBAL PANDEMIC. Even the customers didn't have masks on. My wife and I were the only ones with masks on. From start to finish, the customer service was UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISTASTEFUL. We will not be returning...and we will discourage all of our parishioners from patronizing this particular restaurant.

Do u want to meet the worst employees in cary, apex area?? Then u should visit this store. They are rude, unfriendly, never smile, never greet, lazy and slow. Everytime i wait my order they fight with each other and cuss loudly. I want to congratulate the owner for choosing the nastiest people to work in his shop

Workers aren't wearing gloves or masks while handling food or taking orders. Took an hour to get my food. People coming inside the building to wait for their order close together in small space. Poorly run location, would not recommend.

Rude employees (April 27th @ 5pm), boxes packed upside down, so much oil you could fry more wings with it, this caused a huge mess in the car when the paper bags gave way because of all the leaking oil. There are so many people out of work right now that would gladly take these jobs, and these people don't seem to appreciate the fact that they still have jobs. Employers: Do no be afraid to fire lazy, incompetent staff, they are easily replaceable. Lazy, incompetent staff: Just quit and save everyone the headache. Me: I got laid off and am one of the people looking for work, and this is just infuriating.

I have had issues with this location. They are rude and unprofessional to say the least. They take forever to get your food done no matter how many people order. They take care of friends and family first instead of customers that have been waiting witnessed on multiple occasions. Music with explicit language blaring during business hours with children in hearing range. Not to mention cashiers with EarPods in not listening to your order as you try to say it for the 3rd time. Moreover, not pay attention to go orders and leave customers waiting 20 min past the time it's been ready. I love Wing stop as a company but with location is poorly managed. Will not be back for a long time!

This is the most ghetto wingstop I've ever been to the manager is not a nice person most of the workers look at you like they wanna fight you when you come just to get an order just to enjoy some wings this place sucks it's a -4 stars People in this area not to sound racist or anything need to go somewhere else all they do is burn the Wings I've had to return the wings 5 times out of 7 times People we need to go out swear this is too ghetto Bunch of rude black people

Waited 45 minutes for an ONLINE ORDER. Employees were fighting while I was already waiting on my LATE order! Then my order was incorrect once I received it. Customer service= zero.

Wings are good, service and responsiveness to customer complaints suck. Been waiting for 2 months for a response to a complaint and have yet to receive one. Good restaurants respond, great restaurants do something to make it right. Crappy restaurants hide

I swear they don't answer the phone for phone order. So I do internet I go there tell her my name she pretends to check then after 20 minutes later I say name again it had been there the whole 20 minutes getting cold service there horrible

The hubby and I stopped to this location bc it was near where we were hanging out at plus I had a free bday coupon to use. The service was very slow and customer service wasn't too much better. I noticed a lot of people had did online orders and were coming in to pick up there food and were told it was coming up, but still ended up waiting 10 minutes or so. We ordered carry out and the wait time was a good 15 minutes or more. It was also kind of confusing bc a few people came in and ordered their food after us and were dining in, yet their food came out before ours. Every time someone asked the cashier what was the hold up or could she check on their order she just kept saying "it's coming up next". Well after waiting and finally getting our food needless to say the fries weren't hot and the wings were super small. Definitely will not be stopping to this location again.

First things first this is bad but a different kind of bad ONE STAR RATING REVIEW. Wing stop is literally my go to wing spot, i pray by Wingstops famous lemon pepper& Cajun wing! 20 wings large ranch no problem. Well tonight it took a turn for the worst, we normally get carryout mind you. Well tonight we wanted to chill and eat our wings. Something just wouldn't let us be great. We order on the app, the timing is perfect. Cool, we bust open the bag, dig in. And not to be weirdos or anything but my boyfriend and i start counting the wings. HA! It gets good, we ordered 15, and there was 13 wings. Who wants to be short 2 wings ? NO ONE. Well not us. Then we reach in the bag and there are no napkins. Moral of the story who eats wings and doesn't need napkins? Love the food just not the service behind the food. Do better and we may return or not because there's a wing stop every 8 miles !
