We love this location inside the Bradford complex. The staff is patient and helpful and the smoothies are delicious. The hot wraps are really nice too. Generally a clean location so ambiance is casual and fun esp with younger kids, a quick bite or to sip around and enjoy the patio.

We got smoothies delivered to us at work for wellness week and this was my first time having them. I got the peanut butter cup and it was so good! Looking forward to trying more items.

Avery and Andrew Are The Best Crew Members I have Encountered or had the pleasure of meeting, and that says a lot seeing as I have never had a bad experience with any crew member with this chain. Came in during a huge rush but Annalise and Lorelei were very accommodating to me. My smoothie was perfect and came out fast! The chicken bacon ranch flatbread is one of my favorites! But only when Lorelei makes it. Will be back soon!!!!

My teenaged daughter ordered smoothies from your website on 6/6/23. They were never delivered, and a girl at the store told her she couldn't issue a refund. I have been calling the number on your site for two days at various times, and no one answers. How would you like to move forward with refunding our funds?Edit:While I appreciate your responding in this forum, I still haven't received a call from you. I went by your store Friday 6/9, after days of no one answering the phone and spoke to the "lead cashier". He said he called you and you instructed him to get all of my information, and he promised I would get a call with an update on the resolution. I'm really hoping I won't have to go to the store again this week. We are 7 days from the purchase, how is this even still a discussion?

all the workers are extremely careless with making food and every time I've Uber eats food they forget a whole item or just a mess everything up. like I'm literally sitting here missing a smoothie

I come here in the morning and the guy is great but the girls try to charge full price when the sign on the window clearly says Happy hour, smoothies $3.99 from 7-9am. Why do I have to tell them how much to charge me smdh

The workers are slow, and don't seem to like their job. Food is okay but thrown together. Smoothies are watered down. It's usually jam packed with people and even when it's empty it takes a while. On top of all of this, it is WAY OVERPRICED.
