I reside in Durham but this location is my favorite. I stop here everyday on my way into work. Celia and the other always greets me with amazing energy. But Celia is my favorite because she knows all of my favorites and gives me her honest opinions about the menu items. She’s the best! Thanks for everything Celia!!!

Came into this store when the open sign was on and before they closed. Walked in and employees were standing behind the counter with all of their things packed up clearly waiting for it to hit 9pm so they could clock out. No one spoke to me as I walked in and they gave rude stares. I went to the counter and asked if I could order where I got a brief “go ahead” I started to order and they cut me off saying “we already put utensils away and dishes cleaned we’re not serving food”. Ridiculous and rude.

Arrived at 10:30 am on a Saturday and watched all staff walk into the store 2.5 hours past opening time. We asked if we could order smoothies and they said no we aren’t open (the open sign was on). When we asked about the sign saying open at 8am they were defensive and rude until we just walked out. There was another customer in the parking lot arriving for a mobile order that was already paid for, although the store had no employees.

Absolute worst customer service experience ever. The staff opened the store 2 and a half hours late, meanwhile online orders were being excepted and unable to be picked up. They gave me attitude and refused to serve me, yet the open sign was lit up and the store was supposed to be open. Don’t waste your money here.

So, my first time going I was greeted with a smile & welcome in. I ordered the Chipotle Club & a smoothie. I got to my car, my flatbread was packed with meat which was great :). I was satisfied. Second time, I walked in nobody greeted me & the young girl that took my order looked at me as if I wasn’t supposed to even be in there. (But she was just oh so friendly to the 2 Caucasian ladies in front of me) She took my order & just kept looking like blahh. She didn’t ask for my name & and also kept my receipt without even asking if I wanted it. She was so busy talkn to the male coworker & failed to mention they ran out of lettuce & they would have to substitute spinach instead. I ordered the same exact thing, & when I got to my car this time, my flatbread was exactly flat. Me being 2 months??I was too hungry to go back inside. However, it’s okay because, I WON’T be returning to this location! They need a staff meeting about the quality of food & to explain good customer service for ALL RACES!!!???♀️
