Haven't been to a Wendy's in years, but was desperately hungry. Stopped at this location as I've was running around doing errands.I ordered the basic burger with cheese. Hey, it was pretty good! I was so hungry I didn't take a picture.The only problem was the Coke machine. The tap buttons were barely working and the zero root beer tasted terrible!The staff was friendly and the dining area looked clean.

Stopped here on my break and the guy at the window told me I had to pay him 5.00 dollars before ordering. I drove away and won’t be coming back. Wasted my break.

My daughter's burger had a long strand on hair stuck to the cheese...... The manager DID fix it. I could tell he was upset and embarrassed that it happened. We got a fresh burger made.

9/10 times this location messes up my entire order. The receipt will be correct but there’s always things missing from my order or incorrect toppings.This is a recurring problem.

I was in a state of disbelief that there was no crowd or long line when I arrived. Walked in got my order very fast and sat right down. I did manage to spill my drink and even though I apologized they were very gracious about it. When ordering I was asking about the spiciness of something and they answered my questions without hesitation. They were courteous and friendly which I appreciated. The restaurant was very clean and there were no messes left by customers on the tables. There were no trays stacked on the trash receptacles either. I certainly enjoyed the peace, quiet, and cleanliness of this location.Vegetarian options: They offer different toppings for baked potatoes so that is a vegetarian option. Fries too.Parking: Spots open all around the building. Handicapped parking available near the entrance.Kid-friendliness: They have offerings of kids meals and the restaurant has ample seating for families.Wheelchair accessibility: There are booths as well as tables. The tables offer chairs that are easily moved that would allow handicapped seating.

Ok so, if I could give the service 10+ stars, I absolutely would!!! First the store is very clean, the food is hot & fresh but this coffee is insane!!! I would like to call out Mr. Travis by name because I would have to say he just provided possibly the very BEST customer service I've possibly ever experienced. When I walked up to the counter he met me there with a smile. I apologized because I had not planned to stop but there's a bad storm passing through so I was like "I'm going to grab myself a coffee & wait for it to pass.." he was like no problem, take your time & I could tell he actually meant it. Then I had questions lol. & he had answers! & he was very obviously happy to answer my questions. He said he would brew me some fresh coffee & I said it was ok I could get something else but he insisted & he really was happy to do it. This gentleman has the best disposition of possibly any service industry worker I've ever met & I have worked in restaurants since I was 12, so trust & believe I don't say that casually by any means. I wish every encounter I have was exactly like this. He made me feel right at home & relaxed about my order being slightly more time consuming & out of the way, & he was just so pleasant. I can't say enough nice things about him or this Wendy's location. This is slightly out of my way from where I live but this will definitely be my location from here on out. Thank you Travis! You made my day! What a wonderful start to the weekend!!!?????☕?Vegetarian options: Your obvious fast food choices but things like baked potato salad etcKid-friendliness: There's highchairs & kids menus & easy accessible tables

You must try this breakfast sandwich! Christie is the cook made me a bacon egg and cheese on an toasted English muffin. It was fantastic! The favor was so good. It was served up by Vern with a smile a mile wide. I will be back tomorrow. And the day after that…

Went thru drive thru and VERNA was amazing. Great attitude. Super patient. Extremely polite. We got to window and it was even better. Team work going on getting food done great and brought out quick. If I lived closer I would come more often.

Wasn’t paying attention to the time when I pulled up to the drive thru to notice that it was a few minutes after breakfast ended. While trying to still order breakfast, was told in an annoyed fashion “we’re serving lunch” but the drive thru menu was not flipped to the normal menu. The woman than began to constantly rush to us to order and was acting like the line was long when there was no one but us in it and no one inside. When we asked what the difference was between the 4 for $4 and the $5 biggie bag, since we couldn’t see the flipped menu, she basically said it’s the same. When asked to explain, she got an attitude and said the same thing again. The whole experience here, even to receiving smaller cup sizes than what is supposed to be given for the meal and our food order being wrong, was terrible. Will definitely not be back.
