This wait time is ridiculous, the amount of Employees here who are doing absolutely nothing is outrageous. I ordered PLAIN wings and it is till been 30 minutes at least.

I ordered an hour before they closed and went when my app told me it was ready. When I get there the guy up front goes “oh we don’t have the order” I then proceed to ask “well will I get my money back bc I was charged?” And he just goes “idk I just work here.”

I came early in the afternoon as soon as they opened, I highly recommend it, the wings were great tasted clean and the sauce was delicious. I had the Spicy Korean and Lemon Pepper, I will go again if I’m in that area! Thanks guys!

Ordered 25 bone in and 25 boneless (bone in with garlic parm and boneless with hot) got all boneless one large fry instead of the two I ordered and none of the sauce. I work in food service and know that you should always double check orders before just blindly handing them out to people. Would’ve come back to get the order fixed but we were trying to watch March Madness. Food we got was good tho

On 3/16/2024 I order wing stop online sent one of my kids to pick it up they said they never received our order it was $110 worth of food. It came if of my checking account and I had a confrimation. I had to get out and go to the store asking for a refund and the GM number before they would make my food the MOD finally came to speak with me after that and wow she was able to pull my order up in a matter of seconds. She did ask me if I would let them make it I told her I did not want the kids working back there to make my food after the way they was acting. She said she would make it. I don't understand a store that does not want to make money. I have been a GM in the restaurants business for 12 years and if I had staff that would rather tell my customer that you can get a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Instead of trying to pull the order up I would not have them working. We will not be back to this Wing Stop if my money does not matter that much.

Trash out front was over flowing and all over the sidewalk. Restaurant was empty and somewhat clean. Arrived and ordered at 520pm. Didn’t get our two 6 piece orders of wings until 550pm. No trashcan inside. Staff was too busy hanging out with their friends to properly run the restaurant. Management really needs to do something.

Wingstop has to cease with prefrying their wings and regrouping them. This method makes the wings super hard. Ours were so hard that we didn't know if we were eating the meat or the bone. This method happens at practically every store. Please change your methods.
