“Tonight I was blown away by Jocelin at this BB’s chicken. Jocelin not only demonstrated outstanding customer service, but she orchestrated a positive customer experience by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere with her and the team even amidst a dinner rush. She is the reason I would be back to eat. Well also the sauce! I hope the owners understand that they have an absolute gem of a leader!“
“Meat and Bite is an excellent place to eat. Their food is always fresh and on point with excellent customer service. I always feel very welcome when I stop by. Definitely one of the best burger places in town. This place is halal. It is very convenient for NC State students as well. I would gladly come back.Dietary restrictions: Halal.Parking: Parking is limited. Might need to use paid street parking a little fartherKid-friendliness: Menu has items that kids tend to like.Wheelchair accessibility: Would need assistance opening the door. Parking is very limited and might have a lot of space for an electric wheelchair to go down a minivan“
“Food was really good. A unique platform in that you can order your food hot and ready as usual plus the back wall is lined with clear glass door fridges with prepare food items. I built my bowl, for my lunch meal, I was cheerfully guided through the process as this was my first visit. My protein, starch greens and lots other things. I chose the chicken with quinoa and black beans and sautéed squash. It was all accented with the Asian sweet sauce? It was really good!!!!“
“Loved my whole experience at Kale Me Crazy! The food is superb! It's fresh, nutritious and hearty! The staff was friendly and was well-equipped to serve the great fare! The Recovery smoothie and the chicken pesto wrap with sundried tomatoes on gluten-free were a great balance! My husband doesn't like vegetables. However, he loved his chicken wrap. The ambiance had a cool vibe and the restaurant felt welcoming. All in all, just wish there was a Cary location. I would probably go there once or twice a week!Great job offering real food which is close to Mother Earth! Best of all, we were there on Earth Day!“
“I'm giving 5 stars to the service because they really hustle and try their best. You might think the service is a little chaotic during busy times, but it is because more than one staff member is trying to ensure that you get your order placed and that you have what you need at all times. I'd say they do very well. The wings are good too! A pound of wings is about right for a 1 person light meal. So if you want to share a pound, you will probably want to finish up with one of their delicious wraps, salads, or burgers. Beer selection is very good for a local place. They do have a very good variety of choices (10 or so) local and craft brews that are very good. And there is always the mass market brews like Corona, Miller, PBR, etc. I have been pleased by the promotions by the beer distributors giving away a few and some nice swag during the NCAA Tournament games. Have been here several times now and it is a very good place to watch NC State basketball. The only thing I would wish for is to not have the little hint of cigarette smoke getting in by the front door smoking area. It isn't very objectionable to me but if you are especially sensitive, then it might be a problem for you. Bottom line, I like the place and am glad to see a nice local dive bar that welcomes respectful newcomers and regular clientele alike. And it is in a great location in North Raleigh.Vegetarian options: Honestly didn't see a lot of options. This is mostly a wings and burgers kind of place but they do have nice meatless salads so I would not hesitate to bring a vegetarian friend here. And beer is vegetarian too.Parking: The shopping center has other stores, a gym, and an Aldi grocery store. You might have to park more than 3 meters from the front door, but you won't have to go too far. It is a little darker out towards Creedmoor Rd, but otherwise the parking lot is well lit and feels safe.Kid-friendliness: It is not a regular kid place, but kids are welcome except for at the bar. It is pretty loud during sports games so plan accordingly if your child is sensitive to noise (bring headphones).“
“We hand the grauper picatta, which was very good. We also ordered the Nonna pizza. It was burnt on the bottom. I don't recommend it. We complained and they made us a NY pizza that was much better. They said the Nonna spends more time in the over. Attentive service; very nice ambiance too.“
