“My family practically lives at CFA! My wife was one of the First100 at this location that got free Chic-Fil-A for one year, and we are constantly stopping in here to eat! The kids love the play area, we love the atmosphere, we love the food (Cobb salad is the best!), and the customer service just simply cannot be beat by any other fast food place.“

“Susan is amazing and the staff at this location. I shared with staff the meal I was picking up from Smithfield was a reward for a young teenager who accomplished her weekly school goal. Smithfield’s provided a free banana pudding and said to let the young girl know Smithfield’s was also proud of her work. This is what differentiates fast food chains- the staff and service. 10/10!!!“
“I had Silas as a cashier and he was INCREDIBLE! He was so kind and made my day with his smile and sweet energy! He genuinely asked how I was doing and made sure I was taken care of. “My last visit here (11/26/23) was the best I have ever had at this location or any five guys' location. The fries were cooked perfectly. They were not oily and not undercooked. Cooking freshly made fries can be tricky and I have received them oily and undercooked before so that is why I mention those details. On this visit, the fries were 5 stars. The burgers were also 5 stars. The hamburger patties were cooked perfectly, all the toppings were fresh and the bun had just the right amount of mayo on it. The service was also 5 stars. The person that took my order was very nice and I did not have a long wait for my food. The atmosphere at this location is nice. They remodeled it a couple of years ago. The only reason I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere was because the drink area was a bit dirty. Not terrible but could be better. Overall if you have never tried 5 guys or if you have and want to go to a location that does it right this one is a must-try.Parking: There is plenty of parking in the free parking lot. Getting a spot close to the door can be challenging.Wheelchair accessibility: This is a wheelchair friendly restaurant.“

“It's ok to park in the back in the huge parking lot for the whole shopping center; they have a back door that makes it convenient. Honestly the actual parking lot for this place is absolutely horrible. Imagine being offended by a parking lot! Not necessary: just park in the back. I have to wonder how many accidents have happened because of this very poor design.Anyway. This is apparently a pretty well-run sub shop. The staff seems to have a decent attitude and the place is well cared for. If you haven't had a Firehouse sub before, I highly recommend it; IMHO they're the best of the big chains, and this particular restaurant makes good subs and is well cared for. Highly recommend.“
“Best "fast food sandwich shop" option in my opinion. There are a few Jersey Mike's in Wilmington, and I enjoy all of them. I honestly wonder how Subway manages to stay in business when Jersey Mike's is an option that exists.“
“Saturday the place was so crowded there wasn't an available parking spot on the property. I parked at an adjacent closed business at 12:00pm and walked over and got in line. When I made it to the counter the young man taking my order was very pleasant in taking my order and even struck up a brief conversation with me and I found out that this young man was also a volunteer firefighter named Gabe. Shortly I got my food to go( exactly as I ordered) and left the crowded building with a smile on my face. I walked accross the parking lot and got in my truck and looked at the clock and it was 12:07. Seven minutes for two meals (my wife and I) Gabe along with ALL of his coworkers were very busy that day and they all proved once again that a restaraunt CAN provide quality, delicious, food, fast. “Just left Jersey Mike's here during lunchtime, very busy. The staff was efficient and friendly. I have a real question about some of the poor reviews left here. Imagine yourself standing behind the counter with a line and people staring at you. A door Dash driver came in and didn't speak English. The young girl told him a red bag of Doritos and a blue Gatorade so he went and picked up a blue bag of lays potato chips, twice. A customer in line pointed him towards the cooler and gave him a Gatorade. Just shaking my head. If you were never in the service industry, you won't understand. I appreciate what you all do and I'll be back.“
“My pizza was made perfectly and so delicious! The manager helped the cashier add a coupon for me that I was unable to add online and the cashier was unsure how to do it himself.4 stars on atmosphere only because it can use some updates, as most Pizza Huts I've seen could also use.“
“There are Chick-Fil-A's closer to my house, but out of them, I prefer this one. I never get an incorrect order And the food is always fresh. The 12 count nugget meal with Polynesian and Chick-Fil-A sauce with a Sunjoy (1/2 sweet tea 1/2 lemonade) is they way to go if you don't know what you want.Kid-friendliness: They have a separate indoor play area with tables seated nearby so you can keep an eye on your kids.“
“So I came in about 3 weeks ago and it’s a new staff,when I say excellent customer service. I told the “newly hired” manager that I will make sure I would come back to visit her,and when I walked in she remembered and gave the biggest smile ever. Such a wonderful crew on my visit for today. Laura,Lexis and the young man with the brown eyes was simply amazing as they took each persons order,within a timely manner. I give them all 5 plus stars as this location has gotten waaaaay better starting with the customer service.“
“Jersey Mike's makes a top-notch sub. They are always friendly, and patient and care about making you a delicious sub, exactly how you want it. It's not cheap, but it's worth it for the quality product and service. You're gonna have a good experience. That's worth a few extra bucks in my book. They have never let me down. I love a giant #2 on white Mike's way, add mayo, hold the vinegar. It's just a thing of beauty.“
“My boyfriend and I were in Castle Hayne and very hungry. On his recommendation we went through the drive-through at Hardee's and got their 10 piece chicken tender meal and fries. I was honestly impressed with how yummy the chicken tenders were. I had low expectations. I won't necessarily go to Hardee's on the regular, but now I know it's a decent option if needed. The fries were ok. Definitely get all the sauces- the chicken with ranch was a good combo.“
