I wish I could keep my 5 star review, but the last 2 times I ordered delivery from here, they forgot my protein. Why would I pay more than $15 for a salad that doesn't have any chicken?? This is honestly really sad because I genuinely liked Chopt and its quality of food. Now, even excluding the protein problem, the broccoli is hard and the sweet potato is never fully cooked. It's always hard and tastes slightly inedible. Really disappointing.

Hands down, the best food experience for 'special' dietary needs. Lots of options, easy substitutions, and ALWAYS friendly staff! Looking forward to seeing more in my Metro Area sooner!

A lady name Trinity was very helpful to my son and I. My son began to throw a tantrum while I was trying to order. The other employees gave me rude and judgmental looks but Trinity was patient with me and provided me a helping hand. My salad was very good and she reassured me continuously that there was nothing to be embarrassed about. Thank You Ms. Trinity

stale chips and gave me two types of chicken (chunky and shredded) but one had no flavor so i picked it out. otherwise it was rly good especially with the Mexican goddess dressing. for a salad tho, it took forever (uber eats)
Loved Chopt! My salad was yummy, filling, and HEALTHY. The building and decor are refreshing - super high ceilings, lots of windows, and the cutest wallpaper. I HIGHLY recommend.UPDATE: my daughter and I ordered from Chopt via DoorDash and our orders were not correct. We had missing salad dressing and missing side items. VERY disappointing and will not order again.

Hard to give Chopt more than a 3/5 stars. The food is fine at best but pretty overpriced with small portions. I would prefer basically any fast food/adjacent joint over chopt including Cava or Chipotle nearby.

After being a regular at the Cameron village location, I was disappointed to find that not all chopped locations are equal! The staff working today were frosty at best. The cashier who checked me out was sweet but everyone else there was not nice. The salad I ordered was mostly lettuce and dressing, it was not stirred. I will not be returning to this location. I’ll go where I’m welcome.

If i could give -5 stars i wouldMy first time trying it was awful. I made a craftable salad and it was horrendous. Theres like 8lbs of spinach and all the toppings i asked for are at the BOTTOM of the bowl. Because THAT makes sense. Who puts TOPPINGS at the BOTTOM of the bowl. I had to sift through 9 layers of spinach to find it. And then they gave me a measly thimble sized cup of ranch to eat with my mountain of salad. The white stuff you see on top of the salad is the ranch.

Ordered a meal with chicken Tinga, vegetables and other ingredients and all there is grains chips and edamame. I paid extra for all the ingredients. Seriously this has become a regular thing at this location. Especially on Sundays. This is not acceptable as you charge us money for the food. Not cool.
