I've never gone into the store to order so I can't speak to that. I've ordered through DoorDash and their own website delivery and haven't had an issue. The worst I can say is that I've had a couple of cookies during different orders that were too soft or overcooked. No order was ever bad enough for me to give a lower rating and not recommend them.
Insomnia always hits. The warm delicious cookie that you are served with is consistently gooey and has the perfect amount of sweetness. You can never go wrong with a basic chocolate chip cookie: the chocolate just melts in your mouth and is the definition of a solid sweet treat after a meal. The white macadamia cookie is also delicious!
