Neat little dive bar on the Carrboro Chapel Hill borderline. Next door to Rumors (where you can resell clothing) which is why I suggest if you're waiting while clothes are getting checked out then heading on in here to have a drink while you wait. They have college basketball on right now GO HEELS ?? and there's quite a few fellow Carolina fans here to cheer and jeer with! Lapin Bleu also has live music so come on down, grab a bar stool and a cold drink and make sure to tip your bartenders!Kid-friendliness: Bring them kiddos in Mom and Dad

Great little spot for some jazz. We came in a Sunday afternoon -- feels like a quaint French club. (Also nice to see some of the art! Could there also be some of the pieces that were in Pepper's pizza?) Looking forward to coming back for jazz and hockey watch parties.

My first time to Lapin Bleu yesterday and I loved it! The band "The Onyx Club Boys", played some lovely gypsy jazz selections (Django Reinhardt, Stephane Grapelli), which set an awesome atmosphere. It had a nice, comfortable, bohemian kind of vibe. Everyone was friendly and chill. I was inside, because it was a hot and humid evening, but I will have to return to check out the shaded patio area on a more pleasant evening.

Great bar, good vibe and cool art on the walls! Weren’t any dogs there when we were there, but love that they can come hang out too. Excellent patio and extra outdoor tables on the side. We will be back!

What a delightful establishment!! We love the jazz on Friday and the various events they have throughout the week. The bartenders are friendly and seem happy to be there! We love the patio and the awesome puppies who hang there. Looking forward to watching UNC games on the patio (we were told a patio tv is forthcoming)! Thanks to the crew at LAPIN Bleu for providing an adult place for us to hang!! ❤️❤️
