Stopped by here on my break around 12:30pm had 3 mobile orders which were separate. I understand when it’s busy since I’ve worked in fast food place. But not once was I ever rude to the customer! As soon as I pulled to the second the lady had a nasty face. Was not even talking I was very polite she gave me my bags and closed the window but I was still missing the other two orders. I waited until she saw me and i told her I had to other mobile orders she ended up giving me one bag and I waited again to get my other order when she opened the window I explained to her and she said she had already given to me I explained to her I had 3 separate orders. Then proceeds to get mad because we ordered online and give me the bag and spoke in Spanish cursing and slammed the window shut.HORRIBLEIf you don’t want to work in the fast food industry simply don’t. SMH

This is honestly ridiculous, this is probably the 3rd time that this has happened , me and my boyfriend like to get a big Mac MEAL and a 10 count nugget MEAL and we like to have buffalo and ketchup, (among other sauces) and recently this place has been charging for the sauce , it is ridiculous for the amount of food that we get , we get ONE sauce for all of our food, if you’re going to be charging for sauce I expect to get at least 3-4 packets. And when I had asked for some more sauce that I again, did not receive with my food the lady is quick to say that y’all charge for it and proceeds to hand me ONE sauce. This is so frustrating because the only way I will eat yalls nasty greasy food is with THE SAUCE. Ridiculous, get this fixed immediately.

This is the best McDonald's in Durham and maybe the best McDonald's on the East coast. It is located halfway between Duke University and UNC at Chapel hill. It is always clean and it smells good inside. The staff are observant and kind. The service is excellent. The food is the best that a McDonald's burger could possibly be. Parking is ample and there's handicap friendly entrance.

Me and my sister come to this McDonald’s everyday to order the same thing . And we had a occasional this morning where the employees where rude to us over our order we usual order a Carmel frappe one without with cream but both with an extra shot expresso and it was Carmen stuck on the bottom of my sister frappe so we decided to go back to let them know that frappe wasn’t edible to drink because the Carmel is sticky and stuck to the bottom and it was a mess and one of the employees yelling from the kitchen “ WELL THATS WHAT SHE ASK FOR “ when the issue was the Carmel so she’s all the way in the back going back and forth with my sister over a frappe that was wrong!!! So they made a new one and it was still incorrect so I went in to ask for the money back the lil Hispanic tht wear the bun all the time had a nasty attitude when I came in there fussing alongs my sister she told me to be quiet and laughed and she was rude so things escalated all the employees except tequila and the nice elderly lady they all have nasty attitude and two week prior night shift the man was completely rude to me over I’ve cream Sunday the point is we spend our hard earn money to get nasty attitude all the time

This place have some rude customer service. I asked for a new caramel frappe because there was too much caramel and it wasn’t blended correctly at all. So one of the employees made a comment specifically saying” I made it right” with a rudely tone. All I ask can she make a new one. She didn’t have to respond so rude. So my sister had to politely put the employee in her place and she told my sister to be quiet. This place has horrible customer service with MALES and FEMALES. I must say I’m very disappointed in the McDonald’s franchise.
