Amazing menu, ambience and service. I'm a picky when it comes to Bloody Mary's. Their Thai Bloody Mary was the best I've ever had.

They have tasty food here with a fairly good variety. But they don't have biscuits or breakfast pastries. Of course, I would have known that if I had reviewed the online menu, so it was a kind of my own fault.

Terrible service, cold food, overpriced, very long wait for food. Very loud, and packed together like sardines. An overall bad experience.

Snooze is a very nice brunch spot in Chapel Hill! Our waitress forgot to put in our order so there was a little bit of a wait time before we got our food. But, everything was delicious!! We got there at 11:30AM and there was no wait list. There was a line out the door when we left closer to 1PM. If you download their app and join their loyalty program, they're running a special where you'll get a reward for a free pancake flight! You can also view and join the waitlist through their mobile app. I am excited to go back to try the pancake flight! The hashbrown cake was my favorite it was perfectly crispy on the outside!

Snooze is a great place to grab brunch in Chapel Hill. First off, Snooze has both indoor and outdoor seating. If it's a little cooler, they do have outdoor heaters that help make it a little more comfortable. The staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs The food is outstanding! I always try to take pics, but I didn't get a chance to because I was too busy eating my breakfast hash. Tip: you can join the waitlist online to help cut down on the wait

Just an all around great place to eat. Service, ambiance, with a unique menu. The food is so flavorful and fresh. We always go during the week because we heard the weekends are slammed, understandably so. The food is worthy of a wait!

Our party of 2 ordered the crabcake Benedict and the corned beef hash. All of it was delicious and well made. The waitress was attentive and even asked if there were any food allergies they needed to be aware of. We will definitely come back.

This place is awesome and just as good as every other snooze. Coming from Colorado it was nice to see a familiar spot. Not sure the bad reviews are warranted. Definitely give this place a try and see for yourself how amazing the food and staff is.

Went on a weekday morning and it was mostly empty but it still took 30 min to get food and our server was nowhere to be found most of the time so I ended up getting things like extra napkins myself.

My biggest issue is the seating. It’s extremely cramped. They put you in a section that’s so close to the other guests you could literally stick your fork in their plate & they can hear every word of your conversation. Myself along with other guests who came in requested different seating. It’s very uncomfortable & takes away from the experience. Our food took a long while to come out, & my omg french toast was cold. Waiter came around only about 3 times during our 1.5 hour seating. However, she was kind & overall the food was good for the most part.

Tried Snooze for on a weekday. Atmosphere was cool - love the circular booths!Menu items seemed excellent from the description, but the actual food, was a let down. I ordered the habanero pork belly fried rice. With a name like that, you’d think it would be full of flavor. However it lacked the kimchi spice listed and didn’t contain enough of the pork belly to even be the tiniest bit spiced. To me, habanero means “watch out! this will be unbearably hot”. Instead I experienced “salty, umami”. Not horrible, but didn’t live up to expectation placed by the description. It was also a very small portion of food for the price, Less than a cup and a half of fried rice, with very little meat and a dusting of the fruit and veggies that were supposed to be included. I felt like I’d been bamboozled in the frozen isle of the grocery store. You buy it for the pic on the box but when you get home all you have is a tiny puck of frozen goo. Maybe the problem was we didn’t have booze with the meal. If you’re drunk, you don’t notice?Service was slow and forgetful in an empty restaurant.Snooze looks good on paper, but fails miserably in 3D.

Solid breakfast place - everything we had was good - the crab benedict was excellent - lots of crab. The scramble with bacon, sausage and cheese good - pretty dry, but I like it that way but most people may not. Their bacon is really good. Great drink menu. Vibe is nice and retro, but it is noisy. Service was good - food was slow coming out for breakfast - about 40 minutes. Probably would go back, but it is relatively expensive compared to my other breakfast places. I wanted one plain side pancake - but couldn't bring myself to pay $6.75 for one pancake.

Pros: variety of menu choices, nice interior, and good location. Cons: service is VERY slow, and food takes an eternity. Met a friend for a late breakfast during the week. We were quickly seated and greeted by our server. Couple beside us was served their order, but one was wrong. After waiting, and waiting, the husband finally started eating his before it got cold. He was almost finished by the time hers left the kitchen. Our plates were served shortly thereafter. Food was hot and tasted fine. Had to ask for drink refills. I really wanted this to be our new breakfast place, but neither of us have time to wait 30+ minutes for eggs, bacon, and toast. Back to First Watch or the Hope Valley Diner.
