All Starbucks are making drinks for to go orders before the people sitting in the store are waiting behind the people that are even here yet. It just doesn't make sense. We've been sitting in an empty coffee shop for 15 minutes and still don't have our drinks.

Everything I ordered in this branch doesnt make right. Wrong order! Machiato for flat white. Number of order. Blame me that they ask how many? Even I said during ordering 2. Ridiculous! Cappuccino has half of foam.anyway! I will order different branch.maybe they have good barrista.?

i was in the hospital for almost 3 months and went here every other day...it was absolutely delightful, even when it was crowded (which was always!) nice outdoor seating as well.

2 days in a row of horrible experiences. First day: I finish my drink, just to find, what I hope, a piece of egg at the bottom of the cup. Nasty. Second day: my drink tasted off. Why? They used milk in my drink. I can’t have milk due to my lactose intolerance. Never again.

Have been going here the past few days during our hospital stay and I have never been treated more rudely by baristas before. They act like they don't want to be at work and get irritated when you get anything extra. Drinks often come out wrong and when asked to fix it they are just as rude. I would work on hiring a more friendly team.

This location needs to hire more staff, limit their mobile orders and focus on having empathy working in a hospital location. The staff couldn’t keep up or keep things organized. I waited 30 minutes for my drink I ordered at the counter (patiently waited, I saw they were busy with an overload of mobile orders), and then when I asked about it because my drink obviously got lost or taken - they acted like I was putting them out. They don’t print out receipts or take cash anymore. One girl rudely brushed me off 3x and told me to wait repeatedly, and then I had to wait for another girl to actually be willing to speak to me. Everybody makes mistakes but own up to your mistakes and have some empathy (we’re customers in a hospital after all - and could really just use some nice customer service with some good coffee after some really crummy days) Will not be returning here again to be treated like that disrespectfully.

I spend a lot of money hereand that stops today. I ordered a large specialty drink with no ice. They argued with me that they do not do that when I know in-fact they do since I’ve had it many times and instead gave me my drink half empty!! $7 and gave me half a drink. Never again will I go to this location. Lazy staff!

Always fast with service and very personable. With such high volume you would think they would have trouble with long lines etc. But it always flows. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Ordered 3 items. One was incorrect and they forgot about one. Fix this if you are going to charge Starbucks prices. Pathetic.

I’m not quite sure how this Starbucks has a 4.3 star review. I asked for a Trenta water and was told that Starbucks would not allow it because there is a shortage in trenta cups. Which I then proceeded to offer to pay for it which I never have to at any of the other locations. And the worker goes “oh she wants to be charged for it”. Cashier was arrogant and sarcastic. She didn’t understand what Matcha was. Workers laughing and on their phones. Pretty disappointed with this location.
