My first time trying this place. Let me say that the food was delish. My issue is that the staff were in the dining area having curse filled conversations like they were at home among friends. Not even a patron who drank too much but the staff. I found it unprofessional and a bit insulting that it didn't occur to them that I didn't want to hear b-words, f-bombs & other crude language while trying to enjoy my Fri after work much less their silly & inane conversation.It was extremely off-putting so I'm unlikely to go back & other locations aren't convenient enough for me to want to drive there. I'm at a loss to understand why mgmt would allow them to stand around where patrons are & can easily overhear every word they're saying. I have to assume they're okay with it because clearly the person I assumed was the mgr as he stopped & asked about my food could see & hear too because they were right there. Then, there was the one who came from the kitchen and slouched across one of the seats while he talked on his cell. Yep could hear his convo too.The burger & my server who was not part of the group congregated near me were great, but the atmosphere they created made my Fri afterwork outing quite unpleasant.

They refuse to take my order unless I downloaded the app. Extremely understaffed. I waited 40 minutes for my food and they lost my order and I almost missed my airplane and they refused to refund my money. I would avoid this place in Charlotte airport at all cost. The managers was rude and the employees were rude.

Wanted to try out this burger place, overall it was really good! Friendly staff, our server Travis was attentive, and food was great. Plenty of tvs and entertainment. Overall great experience, will go again.

My server Colin was very attentive and friendly as was the management staff. I had tater tots with the bistro burger and they were both amazing. The burger size was good and the tater tots were plentiful. I also tried the onion rings and they were truly the best I've ever had. Their sweet tea is also very good, the sweet and tea parts are nicely balanced. Their house sauce is good and has a barbecue base.Parking: Plenty of free parking available with disabled parking offered.

Not everywhere is good for everyone..the tea is the worst I've ever had..I took two drinks and literally sent it back and got water. It's weird how certain owners think they can add crazy combinations of food and think it's good. I had a mozzarella burger with tomato jam etc. First it was so messy to eat second the slab of fried mozzarella was sweet and just not complimenting the hamburger and the tomato jam was different but not good. I took everything off and just ate the meat.. no stars from meWheelchair accessibility: Didn't see any..just all around poor

I wish to remain anonymous because what I'm going to say is very concerning how bad of an establishment bad daddy's east Blvd is ! There is nothing good about the Management treatment of their servers or general staff! I'm disgusted by the lack of balls bad daddy's has to change the culture and environment! There is no accountability because the owners don't step in and ask what's wrong here they just let the abuse continue! That has got to stop and there are people who deserve to be fired for this incompetent behavior and lack of empathy for others! Where is the ownership taking responsibility for the horrible culture that the East Blvd bad daddy's burgers has become? I do wish everyone who has left the best of luck with whatever you decide to do I've got your back!! For those who decide to stay think about your future and the environment your staying in is this what you want? Do what is best for yourself and do not stay if the abuse continues! You the servers deserve better than this and I really hope things change for your sake !!

If I ever have a craving for onion rings I always go to Bad Daddy's. The consistency of onion to batter is very good here. I love their burgers along with the tater tots. Sometimes it can be pain when ordering online then picking up because there's not someone always at the front to get your food. The restaurant is nice. There is an indoor and outdoor dining area if you have a preference.
Great burger place! My sister and I came here just wanting to get out of the house and I'm so glad we picked here! We got there about two hours before they closed and found out that all the apps are half off everyday two hours before they close. We ordered so much food we had to take it home but it was all delicious! The place is kind of small but I really love the patio area they have! Definitely recommend if you want a good burger or if you just want to take advantage of the half off apps!

The staff was awesome when I called. For some reason, I couldn't use their delivery service, so I downloaded Door Dash. I ordered my burger well, and the menu even said it would still be juicy ( it was beyond dry!). I put in what sauce I wanted and did not receive 1 one of them. No utensils also no napkins were provided. I also ordered the banner pudding. I was in a hotel, so I couldn't even eat the pudding since I had no utensils. Good thing I got a burger and house chips (that were also over cooked) I could eat them with my hands. Not doing that with the pudding!

I use to love going to this location but it has tremendously gone down hill. The atmosphere is unkept and dirty. The ladies restroom was not clean at all.My food was COLD! The couple that came in way after me got there food before me. I ordered before they got there and my food came out 10-15 mins after theirs. I was completely disappointed. It seems like our food had been sitting in the window for a long time.I am completely disappointed and Management needs to do a better job.I will not be going back.I got a reply back to email management. I did and never got a response back. It's been 3 week. Never going there again. Poor customer service!

The burgers at the is restaurant are AMAZING… the amount of food you get here is insane. For the amount of food you get, it’s a steal. We tried their Bacon Cheeseburger on steroids, perfectly cooked, some might say too much bacon. For me, perfect amount of bacon, every bite was juicy. We also tried their tater tots and fresh cut fries, great with their horseradish mayo. The Mac and cheese tastes fresh made. Beverages were served quick. Very clean bathroom and plenty of parking. Will come visit this restaurant next time I’m in charlotte .
