What a joke of customer service. One employee working and she talked on her cell phone almost the entire time I waited in line and had my order processed. It took the employee 20 minutes to make my ice cream order because she used one had to hold her cell phone while she talked with her phone on speakerphone. She worked with her other phone. She was super slow. Although friendly once she acknowledged me, the whole experience was super painful. Also, someone she obviously knew came in and was not charged for what he received. This was my first & very last visit here.

This places is so bad!We had to contact corporate due to the terrible disrespect and rudeness of staff.We ate our treats in the court yard and one of the staff members was smoking a joint behind the store in which the smoke was blowing our way.We asked him to refrain from doing it so close to move and again we got attitude.Yo say that I’m a solid Dunkin fan. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN.I HOPE IT CLOSES DO TO THE RECENT NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND THE LACK OF CHANGE FROM MANAGMENT AND CORPORATE

The most disrespectful and aggressive service ever.I ordered a sugar free ice cream. The worker served me a different flavour with sugar. When I noticed that I asked politely for a replacement. He started aggressively arguing that he gave me the right one.I even had to show him a picture on the website to proof that he scooped from the wrong bucket. He said that I ordered it on the first place and it's my problem. Then he said that it's not his fault and that the ice cream labels were misplaced which wasn't true either. The whole situation was ridiculous because they have only one sugar-free option that I explicitly ordered.I also ordered an iced coffee but they forgot about it. I reminded and got a hot coffee instead.Everyone can do a mistake and that's ok. But being so aggressive about that and being so mean to the customer is just not acceptable. I'm crying in my car now because his aggression and attitude were extremely unfair.

Sold a freezer burned ice cream cake,couldn't get refund because "Manager" on duty couldn't refund without 2 other Managers whom didn't answer phones when called from the store !?! ? i was told to take cake home and bring back in morning ? ??? receipt is needed to refund even tho i paid with card they could pull it up bt "Manager" needs the 2 other people whom didn't answer phone ? ???

If I could go less than a star, I would. I placed an Uber Eats order which the restaurant reviewed and accepted, meaning that they had the items available. I was contacted by the Uber driver stating that they in fact did NOT have what I wanted. The driver cancelled the pick-up and the restaurant said I would have to cancel with Uber. Well guess what? When the restaurant ACCEPTS the order, the customer has to PAY - NO MATTER WHAT. The restaurant says take it up with Uber, and Uber says take it up with the restaurant. This deceptive at best, and fraud/theft at worst. I will be contacting the proper authorities and customer advocates to solve this.

Been here for as long-term and as I can affirm you feed us sweet things since the early 90s and still open the ice cream ? speaks for its self. Thanks. For creamy cold goodness you manage to squeeze in to a candy candy cone on a 100° charlotte nc scorching summer I don't care how bad your day has been going for you. Whenever you walk outdoors magically you 2 scoops better than before you went. My children now have children and I swear it still has the same effect as July 1993 I smile just for me. Oh yeah they got some iced coffee and doughnuts ? as if anything else was needed but appreciated. Please being true to the treats you have been and done for us ?? Sincerely Satisfied for 30+years and counting.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I came in today and got a pint of cherries jubilee. The three young men who were there were so friendly and kind to me. They were all clearly intelligent and respectful employees. It really made my day better. I don’t know their names otherwise I’d give them a shout out. I hope the manager reads this and knows who it was! Thanks for the great experience. PS-please order cherries jubilee more! :)

Wow its 10:00 on a Saturday night, I have a SUV full of people and we're headed to Baskin-Robins for ice cream! The store is open til 11:00 so we're all good....well maybe not...we get to the door (which has a store hours sign that clearly says open until 11:00) at 10:08 and the girl inside gives us the "we're closed" message! Really?? Not sure who owns this franchise but bet they won't be in business for long!! I won't go back to this, or any other Baskin-Robbins again!
