So, I only went here because I was in the area. I was hoping great things. It was a decent environment, not busy when I went during lunch time. Greeted me, nice people. They share parking with other businesses so easy to find parking. I ordered the bbh and I love love eating it but this place did not do it for me. I taste the broth and all I taste was spicy coming from it, like pure spice, not tasty flavorful spice if that makes sense. I put hoisin, basically drown it with it but didn't didn't much. I just continue and tried to eat it but eventually just stopped because it was way too spicy, bad spice. I would not ordered it ever again. I do like they have a variety of different meat in it. Some places don't give you that. So that's nice but I may go back and throw something else. Who knows. Hopefully I have a better second experience.

Pho is good and pork chop rice plate are good. Bahn mi not that good. Bbq pork was too burnt for me. I can taste the char too much. I feel it's a bit too overpriced but not bad if you have a craving. Small shop to stop and eat. Service is ok, u go in and order your food and they bring it out. No waiters restaurant.

It has amazing Banh Mi and I would recommend it to anyone who eats food on a daily basis.

My go-to noodle & bahn-mi spot. Lemongrass pork is amazing

The food here is amazing. The spring rolls, crispy rolls, and lemon grass chicken bahn mi is a personal favorite of mine. Their pho is also really great. The people at the counter are always helpful. It is a small cozy space, but that’s what makes it feel so wonderful. I have continued to come here any chance I get as I’m from out of town. This place is always one of the spots I hit when I come into town.

Pho had Tough chicken, needed Staci for taste. You might do better with the beef or bang mi. I didn't try.

1st pic is Bun Thit Nuong (lemongrass grilled pork bun) for $14 USD. 2nd pic is Bun Bo Hue (spicy beef with noodles in broth) for $16 USD. 3rd pic is Cha Gio (egg rolls) for $7 USD. Also got Vietnamese iced coffee. Food was excellent and came fast. Everyone was so friendly. Highly recommend!

The food is okay but they started only filling the sauce cups half full and when I ask for more sauce, they act like I asked for their first born. It gives cheap vibes. If I'm paying 30+ dollars for two meals, they should have enough decency to give me the appropriate amount of sauce for my food and not make excuses or get an attitude about it. They used to fill the cups all the way but if you're going to fill them half way now, you should provide two cups instead of one half with a full priced meal. This is the kind of nickel and diming that causes establishments to go out of business.

I use to love this place. I went in all the time for their delicious Banh Mi sandwich. Today (2/19/2024) though I was busy at work and my father who is an older gentleman wanted to do something nice for me and bring me my favorite sandwich. Well he just called me, upset because he couldn't remember what sandwich I liked so he tried to call me while he was ordering. And that's when the guy at the register said "I don't have time for you, order or leave." Note that when my father told me this my first question was "Was there a line behind?" and "Was the place really busy?" There was one person waiting, who already had placed an order and no one else in the whole restaurant. If there was a line behind my father than I could maybe understand why that employee was so rude. We probably wont be going there anymore. I guess I'll be buying my Banh Mi's from Crispy Bahn Mi from now on.

The food was great, but there is a lot that they don't have when compared to the Sun Valley location. This location gets 2 stars for 2 reasons. 1. Because screwed up on my order. I ordered chicken and they have me pork and tried to make me eat it anyway. 2. When i said no, they were very short with me instead of acknowledging THEIR ERROR. When they came back with the correct order, the lady said "is this good for you?" As if I did something wrong. I just expected more from them being in Ballantyne and all.

Always a treat to get Be’s. The only hard decision is whether I feel like Phō soup, Bahn Mi sandwich or a Vermicelli plate. Can’t go wrong with any of them, and the crispy spring rolls are so delicious.Staff is always so kind and friendly.

PLEASE CLEAN YOUR DRINK STATION THAT'S FULL OF MOLD and I will change my review. Also, the lady taking orders is rude. I'm watching her just text away... If you don't like where you work, find a new job. Food is good, but the drink station is DISGUSTING!
